Apartment for 6 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, located in a privileged place of Benidorm. The area is unbeatable, it is located in a quiet pedestrian street, in the center, 1 minute from the town hall and 4 minutes from the beach, as well as close to the main leisure and dining places (supermarkets, shops, cinemas, restaurants .. .) It is also close to several public car parks, taxi and bus stops, although given its location it is not necessary any type of transport or own vehicle.
The house has a living room of more than 30 meters, three spacious rooms and two bathrooms, kitchen and gallery where to do laundry and clothes, in addition to all the necessary furniture and appliances such as, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, washing machine, etc ...
The apartment has WIFI and air conditioning / heating.
As basic elements, the house has towels, sheets, soap and toilet paper, hot water, first aid kit, iron, hair dryer, television.
House's rules:

Best property we have stayed in. Very modern, very clean and tidy, excellent location in the old town, 4/5 mins from beach, short walk to new town. Fernando the owner was excellent. We had a smsll problem, he was straight tound to sort it for us.

Would really recommend this accomodation, when you are looking for a larger apartment which is located nearby the shopping streets of Benidorm. It's only a few minutes walking to the beach. This apartment is perfect for larger families, because you have the the opportunity to stay comfortably with 6 persons in it. It's a beautiful accomodation, clean and modern... With a large bathroom. This place had everything what you need. Also the owner is a nice guy, you can reach out to him with any question you have. Would really recommend it to anyone. 5 stars well deserved.

We chose this apt for its location and because it looked good online, and it didn't disappointed. We were met by the host on time, who explained everything we needed to know and couldn't do enough, he was on the end of the phone if we needed anything. The location was perfect for beach, town and nightlife and the apt was as beautiful in real life. 3 large bedrooms, beautiful bathroom plus a further cloakroom and well equipped kitchen, all perfect for a long or short stay. I would definitely recommend this apt to anyone thinking of a stay in the centre of Benidorm ...10/10 !

Lovely apartment in a great location. Owner was waiting on us when we arrived to let us in. Nothing seemed to be to much trouble easily able to contact by text if we needed anything. Had a welcome bottle of fizz and crisps when we arrived nice touch. Apartment has everything you need for your stay and is spotlessly clean. Would definitely book again. Thanks for a lovely stay!
