Sleeps 2 to 5 persons. FANTASTIC NEW APARTMENT FOR SUMMER 2018! A bright and spacious 2+ bed top floor flat situated on a lovely quiet street in Edinburgh's prestigious 'Grange' neighbourhood. Well located for local facilities, restaurants and bars, its just a 20 min walk into Old Town. The apartment comprises a comfortable living area, 2 double beds + additional 'fold up' single bed in dressing room (accessed from master bedroom). There is a spacious and well configured dining kitchen and bathroom with bath / shower. Would suit visiting friends or families looking for a relaxed stay but within easy walking of Edinburgh's attractions or access to very regular bus service into the City. Wi-fi and TV are included.

LOCATION
We are delighted to present this immaculate 2 bed apartment, situated on the top floor (3rd floor) of a traditional Victorian building. Free street parking is just 2 mins walk away, a perfect place to stay for visitors arriving by car, still close enough to easily walk to the Castle / Old Town sights!

We meet and greet you at the apartment upon your arrival, show you around and make sure you are comfortable. We are easily contactable during your stay should you require any assistance or advice.

ADDITIONAL FOLD UP SINGLE BED
This is located in the 'dressing room', which is connected to the Master Bedroom. This small room has a door and window and would be perfect for a child / young adult. If you would like this feature please select. There is an additional charge of £15 per night.

Excellent South Side Apartment
We stayed at this apartment for two weeks in June while visiting with family. The apartment was located on the top floor of a quiet walk up building in a nice residential street, and just a short two block walk to a lot buses serving many areas of the city. This bright, spacious apartment was very well equipped and very comfortable, just as depicted, but should mention there are three floors of stairs to climb so would not recommend for anyone with disabilities. Cannot say enough about our wonderful property manager, Jason, who was so efficient, responsive and professional in all our dealings from the time of our initial enquiry to the time of our departure. We did have a couple of minor problems during our stay which Jason resolved immediately. It was an added bonus to have such a fine manager. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location, and with easy access to public transportation, a car isn't necessary. We found bus passes were a good investment. We wouldn't have any hesitation in returning to this apartment should we visit Edinburgh again.
