About this property
Villa Ventotto by Paola Orazioli
The structure is an old house in the center of a very small town immersed in the Tuscan Valdichiana, where the smells of nature, the vast expanses of wheat and sunflowers will envelop you in a unique climate. The Villa is divided into two twin and communicating apartments, which respectively occupy the ground floor and the first floor. It is therefore an ideal solution for a large family, 2 families or groups of friends to go on vacation together, but always with their own privacy. Villaventotto offers accommodation with free WiFi, a dishwasher, an oven, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, air conditioning and a seating area with a flat-screen TV. Externally there is the charming brick swimming pool, ideal for those who want to access refreshing baths in a few steps. The back of the house is equipped with an outdoor dining area, with a large umbrella, table and bbq. An area with lawn has sun loungers. The villa is completely fenced with access from an automated gate, equipped with an electric charging station for cars and parking. From here, thanks to the strategic position, you can quickly reach the pretty villages of Lucignano, Monte San Savino, Cortona, Arezzo, Siena and Montalcino. We organize multiple activities including cooking classes in which we give our guests the unique and fun opportunity to learn the secrets of Tuscan cuisine, in a relaxed and familiar atmosphere. If you have special requests or needs, do not hesitate to ask us for information: we will try to fulfill your every wish!

Stunning villa with a heartwarming history. This newly renovated place offers a comfortable and stylish atmosphere and the pool and garden invited to relax. Melissa is a gentle host and is passionate about the surrounding- she will show you lots of opportunities to spend your time in lovely Tuscany.
The villa was amazing (everything listed in the description and more). Melissa (owner) went above the call of duty. She was responsive to my inquiries, friendly, extremely helpful and courteous. She has the gift of hospitality. We will definitely be back!
Overall we had a great experience. The layout is a bit strange, but worked out fine for us. The villa is beautifully renovated and updated. The manager did not give me the address, so I had a hard time finding the property. There was no shampoo, no trash bags, and only one roll of toilet paper, so we had to purchase those things.
We are a family of 8 and loved the villa. Beautiful reconstructed with so much details. Spacious bedrooms, nice swimming pool which was cleaned twice in one week, enough parking space and good functioning airco. A lovely host, always available if needed. Villa is well located near popular Tuscan cities like Arezzo and Siena. Only missing is a washing machine and the beds weren’t all that comfortable, especially the round bed. But not bad either. We’ve missed a nearby town to walk to and busy road close to the villa, but not disturbing while at the property. We would definitely recommend this villa.
This villa is a beautifully restored and well appointed home that our family of 4 plus nanny and another couple enjoyed. The property is gorgeous and the design elements are exquisite.
Melissa is an incredible hostess! She offered to cook for us the night we arrived, and she put together a fantastic spread of so many delightful items. We felt so lucky to walk into a home cooked meal. She also helped to organize an absolutely wonderful cooking class at the villa.
The villa is located 30-60 minutes from many beautiful surrounding towns. We spent a day in Cortona, a day in Siena, and a day on a wine tour of Montalcino and Montepulciano. It was so easy (and beautiful) to get to all of the spots. Less than 5 minutes to lovely coffee shops and bakeries. We loved this property so much!

Beautiful villa and perfect for our group, 5 women and we each had our own room with air conditioner! Melissa was fantastic, great communication, met us when we arrived and showed us everything. She arranged a cooking class/chef dinner at the villa for our friend's birthday which was so special and a great experience. The villa itself has been wonderfully renovated, clean, modern and very well equipped. Pool and outside area was great and enclosed for privacy. It was a short drive to supermarket and was a great location for venturing out to the Tuscan villages. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a base in Tuscany.
What an amazing place to stay. This villa is stunning- it is beautifully furnished with unique and eclectic touches in every room. It is great to have the whole house to yourself, a real treat. The pool is a welcome bonus at the end of a hot sticky day.
Melissa, the owner was a perfect hostess: nothing was too much trouble for her. She went out of her way to make us feel welcome providing a fantastic spread on our arrival - salamis, crostini, pastries, a fruit tart and wine. She is a super cook and made herself available to come and prepare a wonderful homemade pizza for us, cooked onsite in the villa's own pizza oven. A real treat. Melissa was always available by phone if we needed anything. She was happy to answer any question we might have, or provide us with information to help us plan our travels, for example the best way to get into Florence or the location of various fiestas.
This villa is in a brilliant location if you are looking to explore Tuscany - every key city is accessible within 30 mins - 1 1/2 hour drive. We managed to explore Sienna, Florence, Cortona, Pisa and Lucca as well as some smaller but no less beautiful local medieval towns.
I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending a stay at this villa - I'm sure like us, you won't be disappointed.
Truly the best villa I’ve ever stayed in.
First - the house. Very last detail is executed to make every room and even the corner of the room fee vibrant and welcoming. The 4 bedrooms each had a unique story or vibe. One room we called the Queen of hearts with a fun round style bed. The two rooms in the upstairs are light and airy and each have views of the rolling Tuscan hills in the backyard. The bathrooms are updated and there is even a Bluetooth speaker in the mirror! We enjoyed the pool and outdoor eating area too. All over it will not disappoint!
Second - the hostess. Melissa was truly the greatest. She greeted us with some fresh local prosciutto and sunflowers. She helped recommend wineries and rental bikes. On our last night we wanted to try out their wood fired oven for some authentic pizza. She organized the most spectacular meal and tiramisu for dessert.
Third - the location. We came as a group of 4 female friends to tour around Tuscan cities and visit wineries. The location is about 30 mins to an hour from 5 of the major cities we wanted to visit. It was ideal for day trips and stops nearby in between.
