the Condo is on the top floor in a 3 story building with only 18 units. Living room and Master bed room facing south with direct view to the Gulf. The Condo has 1380 sqft with a big balcony facing also South.
The condo was recently upgraded with Travertine and hard wood floors , designer furniture and new Kitchen cabinets and equipment.
Master Bathroom was upgraded in 2019,Living room has a 55" Led TV , LG Stereo and a Sony DVD player. Master bedroom has a 32" Led TV as well. Free Wi-Fi is included
Balcony has balcony furniture
There is a good size swimming pool with direct Beach access.
1 covered car parking place with enough extra spaces for guest parking. Good restaurants in walking distance.
Redington Beach is convenient located between St. Petersburg and Clearwater, only 30min by car.
