About this property

This beautiful three bedroom and two bathroom is located front line to both Mediterranean and Mar Menor seas, it is perfect for families and groups of friends.

Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third one has two twins, all of them have big wardrobes. There is a family bathroom with bathtub in the corridor and a second bathroom with walk-in shower in the main bedroom.
The modern kitchen has just been refreshed and is fully equipped with dishwasher, coffee machine (Nespresso), microwave, oven...and has a galley area with the washing machine.

The living room is bright and spacious and has beautiful sea views and Smart TV, it also has a dining area with a big table for up to 6 people, and access onto a large terrace, perfect to enjoy the stunning Mar Menor sunsets, It also has awnings so you can use it all day long with greater comfort.

All the rooms in the apartment have brand new aircon units and high speed internet with fibre optic.

Playa Príncipe is one of the most valued developments in La Manga, because of its location and quality, and has a lovely front line pool that is normally open from May to October. 2023 open from the 15th of May to the 15th of October.

Located very close to the Tomás Maestre Marina, an area full of bars, restaurants, shops and a big Supermarket (Supercor) next to who a streetmarket takes place every Saturday morning.

Less than 5 minutes walking distance there is a Multi Sport Center with tennis, paddle and footbal courts, and with very complete interior installations, such as a gym with sea views, all the installations can be used by visitors, which can also enjoy the large number of classes like Zumba, Pilates...

El apartamento es grande, bien distribuido y con dos cuartos de baño que es muy de agradecer. Ideal para seis personas. El apartamento está muy bien equipado al lado de la playa y con zona de servicios muy cerca para ir andando. Y por supuesto vistas increíbles.Muy recomendable.
