Country house located in San Pedro de la Ramallosa in a very quiet area, below the Convent of the Franciscan Fathers, 5 minutes drive from Playa América, house of 200 square meters, on the first floor there is a kitchen, a living room, a room and a bathroom, on the second floor another kitchen, a living room, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The farm has a large 6X12 pool, a gazebo, a large barbecue and a garden with a variety of trees, ornamental plants and charming corners in a 2500m2 farm.
