Elegant and modern apartment near the Vatican

Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor with lift, of a building from the early 1900s. Recently renovated, it is large and bright furnished with style and attention to detail to make you feel practically at home.
Thanks to its proximity to the metro station "Ottaviano-S. Pietro ”(600 meters) and the numerous bus lines, it will not be difficult to reach any part of the city.

Cozy and elegant with parquet flooring, mosaic shower, whirlpool tub and Home Theater with Blueray.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook and serve dishes.
It is perfect for a couple, two couples of friends or a family.

We are in the elegant Prati district frequented by the Roman Jet Set, a stone's throw from the main historical places of major tourist interest such as the Vatican museums, St. Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo.
If you love shopping, via Ottaviano and via Cola di Rienzo are the one for you, with numerous shops, cafes and restaurants (one of the most famous historic pizzerias in the city is nearby).

Behind us is the Olympic stadium with all the sporting events and concerts that our city hosts.

Fun time in Rome

The apartment was luxurious. Full kitchen completely stocked with pots, plates, utensils, pasta, olive oil, condiments, etc. Two bathrooms, one with shower and the other with a jacuzzi tub. Living room, dining room and 2 bedrooms complete the layout. The location was near the Vatican (ten minute walk) but was nice and quiet at night. Metro stop minutes away so getting to the other attractions in Rome was easy. Edoardo, the owner, was very responsive when communicating with us and met us at the apartment at the time we told him we'd be there. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Doesn't get much better ...

This apartment was top notch. It was spacious, cheery, comfortably furnished, well-equipped, and beautifully renovated. The kitchen had everything you might need and more, the two bathrooms were gorgeous and everything worked perfectly. Elevator to the third floor was readily available. The tight windows and shades gave all the dark and quiet we could possibly need for a good night's sleep. The owner was incredibly responsive which means so much when you are traveling and have to book something quickly ... Edoardo was right there! As for the neighborhood, well that too could not be better. Away from some maddening crowds yet close to metros, markets, restaurants galore, and the Vatican if that's on your list. Thank-you Edoardo for all and for the bottle of wine you left helping ease our entry into Roman life!
