THE BEST OF ROME!

This apartment was wonderful! Beautiful decor and comfortable. The location is very close to the Colosseum, 5 min walk! Delicious restaurants and grocery aplenty and very close. Our host was super nice and communication was perfect! We hope to stay here next time we come to Rome! GRAZIE!!!!!

The apartment was very nice and clean. We loved the host, Dasha and the management staff was very responsive. The unit was in a good and safe location. Down the street from the Colosseum and street market. Lots of local restaurants. We did have to Uber to all the historic sites because our aging bodies couldn't walk that far!!! Although the Holy Doors at Basilica of St John Lateran and the Holy Steps at Scala Sancta were in walking distance. We are grateful to the staff and Dasha for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic

Location is great, 5-10 min walk to Colosseum. Property was clean, beds were comfortable, we were there in June, it was hot but the AC kept the apartment cool. Check in was quick and easy. We will stay here again!

You can see the Coliseum from front door!

This was a great experience. It started with the property manager. Dasha met us at the property and gave us so much great info on places to eat and see. We did it all. Her recommendations were spot on. Great location. Lots of hot water, and amenities met all needs.

First of all, the people who administer the rental and the location are off the charts amazing. Dasha, our greeter, was an absolute GEM! She was helpful when we got into a bit of a medical crisis and after, when we left something of incredible value behind in the apartment. Walking to the Colosseum -- just seeing it right as you walk out of the apartment -- was amazing. We loved becoming a part of the community there, frequenting the coffee shop, wine bar, and even florist down the street. Would definitely stay there again.

The location is great. The communication is amazing, every time we had a question, they would respond immediately! There is no elevator, the second bathroom is very cold and almost not useful at all. Overall, we would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Getaway in Rome

I made a flash decision to add Rome to my trip I was taking to Europe. Boy what an excellent idea. I picked my VRBO mostly based on the photos - the bedrooms and little deck . What an excellent choice. The place was actually better than the photos. It was also a stones throw from the Colosseum and other historical sites. Quaint little restaurants, a little supermarket, and the metro were also very close. I had prearranged with the VRBO for a pick up from the airport in a drop off back to the airport. That went off without a hitch. The entire check-in process was wonderful. Dasha met me at the apartment and went over everything. I LOVED the place. I even told my husband that I could see myself living there. I highly recommend this rental.

Colossal stay in Rome

Excellent stay in Rome (our second trip). Apartment was great. Location was awesome (200m from Colosseum). Metro 200m away (in both directions) and a bus stop almost outside the front door. We would give the host/greeter (Dasha) 6 stars but it only went up to 5 !

Good Location

We enjoyed our stay in this quaint apartment. We loved that we were in walking distance to the colosseum and many beautiful basilicas. We visited in July, and it was very hot! The air conditioner worked wonderfully! One of the bathrooms was super small but functioned well. I gave cleanliness 4 stars because the 2nd bedroom bedsheets needed attention. We would stay here again.

1st time in Rome

The apartment was perfectly located. Just past the Colosseum with easy access to Metro etc. The neighborhood was lively and safe. Best of all, the hosting entity took care of everything, our transport from the airport to the door of the apartment where the had someone waiting to let us in and show us our place. They were responsive within a few minutes for all our needs and questions. Info in apt was comprehensive and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location, very responsive communication with host throughout the booking and arrival, who also coordinated our transport. Regrettably, there was a strong odor of sewage in the apt. upon arrival especially in the bathrooms which persisted throughout our stay. One bathroom is so small that an adult can barely fit in it to use the toilet.

I selected this property because of all the positive feedback about the location. As with all things in Rome, the unit was smaller than other places we have stayed. The owner Walter, provided great communication from the initial inquiry about the property and throughout our stay. When we arrived at the unit, Walter was waiting for us and provided a thorough review of the property and sites to visit in Rome. He arranged for our transfer from the airport to his property, and for two separate cabs as family members were headed in different directions. Walter went the extra mile with every communication / interaction we had. Great guy and the location was perfect. Thank you Walter. Highly recommended.

Lovely Apartment - Great Location

My husband Pat, myself and my sister in law Kathy stayed here the week of March 31st - April 7th. Natalia and Walter were very accommodating and friendly. The apartment was decorated nicely and both bedrooms were very comfortable. The only drawback I would mention is that the one bathroom is too small to be called a full bathroom. I think it needs to be called a half/ full bathroom. I’m a small person and I had trouble using it. The other bathroom was perfect. The location was perfect and we were in walking distance of the metro and the Colosseum. I would recommend this apartment for two or three people. A family of 4 might be crowded. I

Natalia and Walter were extremely helpful! Their apartment was beautiful, perfect for our needs! Located so close to the colosseum and the metro station. The time they took to sit with us and go through what we should see and Natalia's picks on restuarnts was awesome! Our favorite was one of Natalia's recommendations that was just half a block from our door step! We will reccomend this property to our closest family and friends. In fact we had a family member coming to Rome as we were leaving and we both said we wish they were coming later so we could tell them to stay here! The apartment was the perfect location for getting to our tours that we had booked. If you are not sure what to book Natalia and Walter will guide you so you have the BEST Rome experience ever!!! We couldn't have asked for anything more!!!!
