Great vacation

Very nice appartment with an excellent terrace and pool area. Friendly and helpful owner, who responds quickly to inquiries. We had a great vacation and hope to come back later.

Tolle Wohnung, super Pool meistens für uns alleine. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Um Ligurien zu besuchen, ist die Wohnung ideal. Sehr ruhig und entspannend. Leider braucht man ein Auto, da nichts fußläufig erreichbar ist.

Ferienwohnung für Familien mit einem Kind. Im Wohnzimmer noch Möglichkeit für eigentlich 2 Kinder zu schlafen. Wird aber mit 4 Personen sehr eng da Badezimmer auch sehr klein. Traumhaft schöne Poolanlage, die sehr gepflegt wird! Insgesamt sehr ruhig und wenig los.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé une très bon séjour. Le propriétaire est très agréable. Il ne vous laisse pas sans rien vous expliquer même dans les environs. Il y a tout ce qu'on a besoin voire plus. La résidence est très calme. Nous nous sommes souvent trouvés seul dans la piscine. Le garage est un peu compliqué pour rentrer dedans mais faisable quand même. L'appartement est propre et spacieux. La vrai plage de sable est à 22 minutes à sarzana. La spezia est animée le soir.

Très bon séjour

Très bon accueil, le propriétaire prenant le temps de nous donner de précieux conseils, nous faisant même faire un tour des points d intérêts. La location est comfortable , la résidence se veut plutôt calme quand tous respectent les règles de bon savoir vivre. Et la piscine est un vrai plus après de chaudes balades, ainsi que la climatisation de l appartement. Intérêt : visiter les 5 terres,la spezia est bien située , conseil utiliser le train ou bateau. Beaucoup de monde en période estivale mais si on emprunte les sentiers ,cela s aére. Plages principalement payantes.
