Fully renovated floor 15 km from Lisbon and 800 + / _ meters from the nearest beach.(Praia de S. João) A coast with 40km of beaches. Ideal for surfing, windsurfing and other extreme sports. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with a double bed that can be obtained by opening the bed-locker found in the living room (as photo). Closing the wooden bellows door you will have a room with privacy and a window with a beautiful view.
3 Balconies with panoramic views. Morning sun which makes the house cool in the summer- It has 2 -TV and Wi-fi.
The apartment is close to INATEl, which has a great pool that you can use for a fee.

logement propre. maria amelia etait présente à notre arrivée pour nous faire le tour du propriétaire. le frigo ne fonctionnait pas, elle a été très réactive pour le changer dans la journée. logement conforme à la description avec en plus du stationnement pour la voiture. petits bémols: les aboiement de chiens durant la nuit, les embouteillages pour lisbonne et peut etre quelques meubles en trop dans ce logement. merci pour ce sejour.

Local muito sossegado e casa com excelentes condições, desde a cozinha, sala e quarto. A senhoria esteve sempre disponível e acessível. As varandas dão para a serra o que proporciona uma vista agradável e sempre sombra da parte da tarde. Fica a 10-15 minutos da praia a pé. Estacionamento junto ao prédio.
