Furnished studio, facing south, with sea view, on the third floor (with elevator) of a beautiful residence located between the port and the beach.
Access to the beach 200 m (5 min on foot). Access to the port at 100 m.
A private outdoor parking space is available.
Ideal for a couple.
The accommodation consists of an entrance hall, a shower room, basin and WC, a living room-kitchen with kitchenette, cupboard, dining area, a convertible sofa (2 places), and a beautiful terrace dinner with a sea view.
Carnon-Plage is located 15 minutes from Montpellier, and this seaside resort is between La Grande-Motte and Palavas-les-Flots.
All shops are in the immediate vicinity of the residence.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement correspond en tous points à la description, propre et fonctionnel. Le lieu est idéal pour un court comme un long séjour puisque toutes les commodités sont a moins de 500 m, ainsi que le port et la plage. La communication et la disponibilité des propriétaires sont excellentes. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir !

Un studio où il fait trop chaud et surtout un propriétaire qui accuse sans preuve !

Nous avons rendu le studio impeccable et nous avons voulu signaler au propriétaire un dysfonctionnement du volet roulant dont nous avons pâti tout le séjour, en guise de remerciements le propriétaire nous a retenu sur la caution la totalité de la facture de la réparation ! Nous avons payé pour les autres !

Très bon séjour, à 5 min à pied de la mer. Tout ce qu'il faut dans l'appartement. Un très bon poissonnier juste en bas de l'immeuble et tout proche de tout autres commerces, petite boutique bio, boulangerie... Juste à côté du port également. Mais c'est un peu bruyant le matin, mais avec la fenêtre fermée ça va. A bientôt, merci.

Agréable séjour !

Nous avons passez un agréable séjour à Carnon, la location est très bien situer à quelques mètre de la plage, à coter du port. Nous avions juste en bas de l'immeuble des petites boutiques, un casino et des restaurant dans la rue d'à coter. L'appartement situé au 3ème étage est neuf, propre avec à disposition des draps, serviettes. Un petit espace assez sympa. Avec vue sur un bout de mer depuis la terrasse. Seul petit bémol peu d'animations le soir. Idéal pour des familles qui veulent du calme avec enfants. Propriétaire très charmant !

Un petit studio très agréable, bien propre et correspondant tout a fait a ce qu'on en attendait. Emplacement idéal pour quelques jours de vacances, la plage est pas très loin et tous les commerces sont sur place. Equipement correct et presque complet.Un seul petit bémol, absence de wifi.
