Located in a cul-de-sac, on the ground floor of a small, quiet co-property, with quick and easy beach access.

Restaurants, ice cream shops and shops available 10min walk, thanks to the ferry (available for free all summer) and 20min by touring the port.

Sleeps 6 with up to 4 adults.
A room with a bed 140, a cabin with a bunk bed of 90 and a sofa bed in the living room (doors to 2 bedrooms).
The kitchen is equipped with: microwave, fridge with freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and espresso machine (dolce gusto).
The living / dining room (20m²) has the same as the bedroom, large windows facing south overlooking a balcony of 10 m².

All shops are at your disposal near the apartment: restaurants, tobacco, bars.

Without a car, many water and leisure activities are available on site: 150m water sports center, 15min harbor, 40min drive, good spot for kite surfing or wind surfing (except summer) and 10 minutes from a stop tram (direct access to Montpellier and ODYSSEUM)
