This noble townhouse that dates from 18th century and was also a former nun’s convent and a handcrafted workshop, has just been totally renewed, keeping the typical architecture and materials of the time when it was built.



It is notable for its large hall open to the living room with a stove and its terrace with saltwater swimming pool and barbeque, and also for its lighting and its spaces made of stone and Majorcan mares. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the swimming pool. All six comfortable bedrooms feature a satellite TV and air conditioning. There is also a lovely vinoteca in a living room upstairs overlooking the terrace. There is a private parkin and a locked area for bicycles, equipped for those who like cycling and trekking to the Serra de Tramuntana and the lovely beaches in Cala San Vicente and Formentor. Ideal for groups who wish to train for triathlon as there is a track of athletics and a public pool a thousand metres away, that can be used as a training camp.

IMPORTANT



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

Its perfect location makes it a privileged holiday home. However, we would recommend you not to use the car, as you will be in the centre of the village and only five minutes walk from the Plaça Mayor, where you can enjoy a wide range of restaurants, cafés and a delicious ice-cream parlour.

For many years, artists from all over the world have come to Pollensa to find inspiration in the landscape and the Serra de Tramuntana. This beautiful village has also been chosen as a holiday destination by numerous celebrities such as Winston Churchill, Agatha Christie, British writer Peter Ustinov and many others.

The village's landmarks are the 365 steps and the Calvary, at the top of which is the small 18th century baroque chapel. Each step symbolises a day of the year.

Numerous cultural events and music festivals are held in the historic atmosphere of Pollença.



At a distance of 6 km is the harbour of Puerto de Pollença in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other resorts in Mallorca, the coast is not fully developed with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafes and restaurants, clothes shops, supermarkets and doctors.
