Yuksel was very welcoming and communicated well before and during our trip. He was able to make our travel arrangements from the airport to the apartment which was extremely helpful on arrival! The apartment was as advertised and very comfortable. The apartment was centrally located and we found it easy to explore Istanbul from this location. There are plenty of places to pick up necessities and to dine within walking distance. We had a lovely visit in Istanbul and would not hesitate staying here again.

Perfect 2-bedroom in Old Town Istanbul!

Our family of 4 adults loved 12 days at this ideally located apartment. 10 minutes easy walk to many top sights. Stunning shared rooftop deck with tables (almost always to ourselves) perfect place to relax & watch sunsets & beautiful vistas of sea & Istanbul. Private balcony & grocery across street. Great property manager!!

Great place to stay and the terrace was the crowning glory.

We so enjoyed our week at this well located apt. It was comfortable for 4 adults. We dined on the terrace overlooking the Marmara Sea. The host was gracious and very helpful in handling a travel snafu we had. We would go there again.

Great place in old Istanbul

Nice apartment complex in Istanbul - walking distance to all the major attractions. In addition, there is a small store directly across from the apartment building entrance. We got fresh eggs, bread & fruit every morning Well equipped kitchen & also a great view of the Bosporus straits from the roof. Host was great, excellent communication - also had great restaurant recommendations

Great location

It has a great location, lots of restaurants and major sites close by. Yuksel was very accommodating with our very much delayed flight and he was very responsive to our requests and questions. He was also thoughtful to provide us lots of fruit, a bottle of water and a bottle of wine. The terrace at the top, shared by everyone in the building, was wonderful; it has a great view of the water. Our unit was on the first floor and facing a burnt down building and the bedroom was above the grocery store which opens until past midnight so we could hear the people talking past midnight, then woken up by the calls of prayer at around 5:30am (which is unavoidable as the calls are very loud and can be heard everywhere in the downtown area). It would be better to get the higher floor if you are a light sleeper. Overall, a very pleasant stay in a great location.

C’était super, le manager était aux petits soins, très aimable, très serviable, très gentil, l’emplacement est au top, l’appartement est super bien aménagé. La terrasse là-haut est très très appréciable vraiment avec une jolie vue pour le café le matin c’est parfait.

"We spent one week in fam...

"We spent one week in family in the first floor of this 3 storey building, newly renovated, located near Blue Mosquee but at the border of the touristic zone. In a second you are deep in the real city with kids playing in the street, little shops open 24h a day, mosquees not far, all the noise of Istanbul life : it was exactly what we were expecting. In the same time, you are at 5 minutes walk from the historic center and other interesting spots. Welcome was very friendly : driver at the airport, water, fruits and bread were waiting for us in the flat. Mehmet was very attentive to all our needs : thanks to him. Cleaning was regurlarly done, and wifi connection was working great (our sons have appreciated). Only 1 restriction : in the first description that I've read on Homelidays, flat was indicated as located on floor 3 and in fact we stayed on floor 1, that leaves an unpleasant blur....."
