About this property

APARTMENT CENTER-PROMENADE, CENTER-LONG PROMENADE APARTMENT

The brand new apartment, approx. 100sqm is located on the first floor (with elevator), equipped with a parking space inside the building, concierge and night guard. The house consists of: living room with sofa bed, large double bedroom, single bedroom which can be converted into a double room if necessary, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen and a spacious bathroom with tub / shower.

The apartment is new and tastefully furnished by the owners. Guests will have free parking space kept inside the building for the duration of their stay. Those traveling with children up to 2 years will have available (if they wish and request it), the baby set consisting of: cot, sheets, high chair, bath tub, at a cost of € 10 per night which are added to the total price of the reservation.

Very beautiful appartement and very nice host with good advices. Good location in a calm neighborhood, juste have to walk a few minutes to the metro station.

Nice and quiet.

This is a nice apartment with high ceilings. It's very quiet with no traffic, as the windows either face the courtyard or the walls of the neighboring palazzo. It takes about 15 mins to walk to the start of the pedestrian streets leading into the historic centre. Loads of great pizzarias and gelaterias nearby. The recommendations given by the owner that we tried were solid.It's quite safe, as there is a manned gate blocking the street. Parking is not included. There is a nearby parking garage but it is expensive. The balcony has sunlight in the morning only.The owner is easy to communicate with over Whatsapp.
