Accommodation

The building has been recently renovated and equipped with the latest security and comfort systems. The apartment opens as a tourist accommodation and offers all the comforts and the most modern air conditioning systems. It is spacious, very bright, quiet and located in an exclusive building. All its operation is programmed by home automation and has double heating system, underfloor heating or cold / hot air. It has a concierge 24 hours a day and 365 days a year.
Its decoration combines the vintage atmosphere, with a very modern style and a minimalist touch.
It consists of two double bedrooms, both en suite with full bathrooms. The main one with XXL double bed, dressing room and balcony. The second with two single beds. Full kitchen with dining area, incorporated into the living room that has another balcony.
Full equipped. With all appliances, washer / dryer, dishes scrub, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, juicer, kettle, iron, hair dryer ...

It is elegant, comfortable and quiet, given that the balconies face quiet streets and moderate traffic. There are also noisy nearby bars that prevent rest.
I offer capsules of coffee, tea, infusions, Cola Cao, juices, milk, sugar, buns and sweets ... everything you need for a good breakfast.
Also, to prepare something to eat, it has olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, soft drinks, beers ...

If you want, I can pick you up and take you to the airport or station. Give them the directions you need from the city. Help with public transport. Recommend restaurants, shops, shows. Perfect Stay in Madrid

This is an excellent property both in its location and its comfort. Our family of four enjoyed our stay here on all dimensions from booking to check out. We highly recommend it and would return on our next visit to Madrid.

Spacious 2 bedroom in great neighborhood of Madrid

Overall, the place was as expected. The only problem is the noise across the street for the master bedroom. There is a bar and restaurant directly across the street. You can hear the noise and people talking and laughing until very early in the morning. We had a hard time getting continuous sleep because of this. Bring ear plugs if you stay here. Otherwise, we had no problems.

A month wasn’t enough!

I had an excellent stay at Sol’s apartment in Madrid. Communication beforehand was swift and clear. Upon arrival after a long trip from California I was met in person and everything was explained and maps and ideas were provided. The apartment is beautiful! Lots of room to spread out. Beds very comfortable ( I tried both bedrooms) and all the amenities made for a perfect months stay. Washer/dryer worked better than anywhere else in Europe that I’ve stayed.24 hour doormen who not only made me feel safe but were very friendly and helpful. There is a coffeehouse across the street for your first cup in the morning with friendly staff. I love Delivinos around the corner where at the end of a long day you can stop in for a glass of wine. Please do that often if your rent this apartment. Mudra, a Michelin vegetarian restaurant is in the same building and delicious. I ate there many times during the month. The neighborhood is the best in Madrid. Metro a few blocks away. Mid range train two blocks away. I’m back in California now very much missing this apartment and my Madtid life!
