Penthouse in the Gran Vía with Terrace

Beautiful penthouse in Building 11 of the Gran Vía just a few meters from the square of Spain plant. Completely renovated, all brand new, excellent quality and amenities. Stunning views.

The apartment has 120 square meters have been refurbished in the very Gran Via in Madrid, in a landmark building, just a few meters from the Plaza of Spain. The apartment is soundproofed and has a large terrace with stunning views of the city. So central that you can walk to all the attractions of the city.

The building has three lifts and a doorman weekdays.
The apartment has three bedrooms, two with double bed of 150 cm and the other with two single beds. All rooms come with wardrobe and TV, and one of them is a safe where they can store valuables.
There are also two bathrooms with shower gel and shampoo provided.
The property is complemented by a full kitchen with refrigerator, microwave oven with grill, induction hob, dishwasher and all the necessary utensils.
In addition to the indoor dining room, the apartment has a large terrace with wonderful views over the Gran Vía with its tables and chairs to dine on the terrace.
The living room has a sofa bed 140 cm for two additional guests.
All rooms have air conditioning and there is wireless internet with exclusive access to 20 Mb.
The apartment comes with sheets and towels.

We are happy to help with all the questions that arise and help them get their show tickets, car reservations, bicycles, airport pickups. They will also have a hotline to contact us at any time.

You are requested not to smoke inside the house, but is has a large terrace where you can do freely.

Gran Via is the center of Madrid. Besides having an impressive architecture full of history, it is close to all tourist and shopping attractions.

The apartment location was great on Gran via and close to multiple local attractions. Apt was clean and modern. However, there was limited space in bathroom to hang towels and put toiletries. Communication with host was good. Instruction manual for the use of all appliances was excellent.

Excellent location will all the amenities on your doorstep. Apartment was lovely, clean and everything we expected. The only improvement I would make, would be to have an extra sofa as 1 was not enough for 6 people. Host was amazing and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

We loved staying here! The location was fabulous, the views of Gran Via from the terrace (especially at night) were spectacular. It was nice to have a doorman at the building and Alfonso was very attentive of our needs.The living space and bedrooms were very comfortable for the five of us. When we, hopefully, get the chance to visit Madrid again, we will definitely stay here!

Marvelous in Madrid

Had a wonderful experience/stay in Madrid. Apartment is very centrally located, close to metro and walking distance from all major shopping, attractions and neighborhoods. Alfonso and his staff were amazing, responded immediately, gave excellent recommendations for restaurants and local places to explore. Everything was well stocked and exactly as promised. beautiful apartment right on Gran via... However, weeks before the trip we learned the building is under construction. Not sure how long this will take but it made the terrace (best feature) unusable... just something to consider if you book based on photos. Communication was great with management and they did give us a refund on the booking to make up for it. Shopping and restaurants at your doorstep!

Lovely Apartment in downtown location

My family of 5 spent 5 nights in this apartment while visiting for a wedding. The location was convenient for food and shopping, yet high above the street we barely heard much noise as we'd experienced in other cities. Two of the bedrooms were not on the street side, so that helped I'm sure. The apartment was VERY clean and had the right amount of space for us all. We found our family in the floor below us, also with the same host- they were also very happy with their apartment. Would definitely recommend any unit with this host.
