Ideally located in the heart of the Old Town, ON VILLEFRANCHE BAY by Riviera Holiday Homes is a beautiful 120 square metre apartment that can accommodate 6 people. It is located on the 2nd floor without a lift. Amenities, shops, restaurants and public transport are 200 metres from the apartment.



The apartment has 3 bedrooms, two of which have two single beds that can be joined to form a double bed, and the last with a sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub shower and 1 toilet, the other with a shower and toilets, and separate toilets. A large living room/dining room and a separate fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room. The sea view from the living room is incredible!

Enchanting Harbor View Apartment!

This apartment was everything we could have hoped for--excellent location in the old town, big windows with harbor views, lovely modern appliances, and charming interior Mediterranean décor. The rental company was very responsive and easy to deal with. We had a lovely time.

Winter get-a-way

The location is the absolute best if visiting Villefranche! We have stayed in this unit many times and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else. You can sit on one of the many windowseats and enjoy the beautiful views. Upon returning every year, I get overwhelmed at the beauty of this quaint village. The apartment is large and is ideal for a family. The owner continually updates, which makes the unit always fresh and a real pleasure to stay in.

Wonderful location and amazing views

You really can't get much better as far as location and views. This property has 4 adorable window benches with large windows which is perfect considering the water view. We loved watching the diners downstairs at night and watching the one-man band that came around and played for them. The master bedroom blankets and pillows left a little to be desired, but wasn't horrible. We couldn't get the TV to work even with the directions, but it ended up being just fine because we really didn't need the TV all week anyway. Our water was shut off for a full day and it took quite a bit of emailing and calling to get in touch with mgmt. Once the property management got in touch with us, it only took about an hour and a half for the plumber to fix everything. That was really the only frustrating part of our visit. All in all I'd recommend this property and would stay there again. It is decorated very cute and has lots of space!

Incomparable Villefranche Sur Mer location

A highly enjoyable vacation with our family at this expansive property. Almost too big! But we loved the enormous laundry room, multiple bathrooms and space to stretch out. That being said, the property feels a little shabby and worn down. The sofas in the living room have seen better days and the shower in the master bath had next to no water pressure (and a missing shower head?). Some of the grout was a bit icky too. The lack of towels was also a bit of a bummer but again, you’re in a gorgeous location with your loved ones so it’s not much to worry about. Best advice: bring your own beach towels and shower in the guest shower.

I will ask the plumber to check the grout and the water pressure into the master bathroom and we will reniew the fabric of the sofa to look it better ! Appartement très agréable

Superbe vu sur rade et le port de pêche au bord de la vieille ville. Accès direct sur les commerces, bars et restaurants . Calme en hors saison. Sur le bruit je mettrais une réserve en haut saison quand on recherche un peu de calme. Je le recommande.

Superbe vue sur rade et le port de pêche au bord de la vieille ville. Accès direct sur les commerces, bars et restaurants . Calme en hors saison. Sur le bruit je mettrais une réserve en haute saison quand on recherche un peu de calme. Je le recommande.

This has THE most incredible location for anyone wanting the true Cote d’Azur Vibe. But it is an old building. There’s a bit of a lingering ‘old water’ smell and the wiring is a bit dodgy (don’t turn on too many appliances at once and keep a torch handy). And yes, the other reviews highlighting the noise from the bars and cafes downstairs are accurate. But hey, even after a fitful sleep, when you wake up and open the windows to THAT view, nothing else matters.

This apartment is amazing, the rooms are large, the furniture is comfortable, and the location is amazing. It's nice to have a dishwasher and a washer and dryer. The location is very close to the train station, so it's easy to arrive and also to take day trips to other locations, such as Nice, Eze, and Monaco. This was our second time in Villefranche, and I think it's the perfect little town on the Riviera. After traveling to other, more busy towns, on day trips, it was nice to return to Villefranche and relax in this comfortable apartment. We'll be back, thanks again.

Beautiful apartment, spacious and perfectly located by the harbor. One of the nicest views I've ever had on holiday! Villefranche itself is a quiet but picturesque little town, with some nice restaurants and excellent links to Nice, Monaco, Menton. Definitely recommend both the location and the property!

This apartment has the perfect frontline location in Villefranche. Two large windows with window seats overlook the bay with breathtaking views. Villefranche was the perfect home base for our long weekend shared with our a couple of our dear friends. Waking up and watching the sunrise over the stunning blue water of the bay while sipping a tea is a special memory we’ll always hold onto, before setting off and exploring this magic part of the world. The place is perfectly set up for between 4-6 people, much more specious than we anticipated as it usually goes the other way! you can literally walk everywhere in villefranche which is great if you have limited time here, we’d highly recommend a day trip to Eze and lunch at La Cave Nature - which is right nearby and has some of the freshest seafood we’ve eaten. This place is a no brainer, offering exceptional value considering the space and location. We’d love to come back!

Perfect Location

We were 3 couples who stayed at this location in September. The apartment is large and allowed lots of space for us. The location is perfect. We were steps from restaurants, shops, the market and the beach. There is no need for a car as the train is also within walking distance. Our hosts also arranged for transport from Nice airport which was appreciated. We hope to return in the future.
