Located in Nice and a stone's throw from Villefranche sur Mer VINAIGRIER HILLS is a beautiful and large fully air-conditioned villa for seasonal rental of 250 square meters tastefully furnished, with private pool and its beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the hills! It has a beautiful terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and lounge area to relax in peace with family or friends.



Fully equipped and able to accommodate 10 people, this beautiful and large vacation rental villa consists of a huge independent kitchen equipped with a large living dining room with terrace equipped with table and chairs. In total 5 bedrooms. One bedroom with a queen size bed (160 cm) 2 others with a double bed each (140 cm) and 2 other bedrooms with 2 single beds each 2 bathrooms (with shower bath and toilet) 2 other bathrooms with shower and toilet as well as another independent toilet. 3 bathrooms are en-suite and the 4th bathroom is shared with 2 bedrooms. Laundry area with washing machine and dryer.



It is the idyllic place to spend a great vacation in absolute calm. In the city center which is 1.5 kilometers away you will find all the amenities: restaurants, supermarket, butcher, bakery etc

Nice Villa with Great Views

Our group of 10 persons spent a great week at the Villa Vinaigrier Hills in the end of June. We enjoyed our stay a lot. The Villa provided us with nice accommodation, accompanied by a nice private pool and a terrace with great views over Nice. Warm recommendation!
