This holiday house is over 150m2 and suitable for 6-8 people. It is situated in the right part of the main house. We live in the left part.
It has a spacious, slightly higher, south-facing terrace from where you have a beautiful view of the courtyard and garden. You enter the cottage, right is a toilet, walks through the hall and you are in the living room (40m2).
With the 4 meter high ceiling, the wooden beams and old granite fire pit, you immediately feel the rich history of this enormous Breton building
n the rear house is the fully equipped kitchen (21m2). In this 60s American kitchen is a dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4 burner gas stove and large fridge / freezer.

On a small quiet road, 1 km from the French village of Prat, our Breton holiday farm 'Le Cheval Rouge' from 1880. In 2003 we converted this unoccupied manor into 3 gites: lovely spacious holiday homes, each with its own look. On our 1 hectare site we have also realized a small scale and natural campsite with 8 permanent rental tents.
We have 3 gites, namely a 6-8pers, a 5 pers and a 4 pers.
All have 2 bathrooms with toilets, a fireplace and private terrace. And a magnificent view over the fields. Both tent and gites are original, spacious and comfortably furnished.

Especially in the main season we have many families with children. This is also because we organize various activities during these weeks, such as a farm visit with subsequent baking pancakes, an oyster safari over the tidal area, canoe trip between the islands, or a children's cooking café or craft afternoon. The 1ha site is surrounded by trees and shrubs so that you can only enter the grounds via the entrance / exit. The children can safely play on trampoline, a toy boat, build huts, make campfire, there is plenty to do. We also have a heated zodiac swimming pool of 7x5m and a sauna that can be used free of charge.
Brittany is pre-eminently a place where you can walk.
Outside the busy main season we provide beautiful and complete walking holidays with delicious food and use of sauna. We like to cook vegetarian, if interested.
