Terraced house in a quiet residence La Pineta. Two bedrooms, one with a walk-in closet and one with twin beds that can become double when needed. A full bathroom with a shower cubicle and a kitchen and dining room. A patio overlooks a small garden. Outdoor shower to use when returning from the sea and if you do not want to go out you can spend your evenings organizing barbecues thanks to the barbecue at your disposal Furnished with style is very comfortable. Air conditioning and TV and free WI-FI. The residence boasts a beautiful swimming pool available to condominiums from 30 June to 30 August. Not far away you will find free beaches where you can spend your days in total relax. At about 6 km you can visit Ostuni THE WHITE CITY where restaurants and longe bars can accompany your holidays. On request, scooters and cars rental.

Location agréable, propre, fonctionnelle, située dans une résidence au sein d'un petit village sur la côte, à 6 km d'Ostuni.
La plage est accessible à 10 minutes à pied.
