Recently renovated building with two double bedrooms, an alcove and a sofa bed, for a maximum capacity of 8 people. Two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. A large outdoor patio in a 3 hectare property of unspoiled nature with over 30 species of fruit trees. The property is 310 meters above sea level, 5 km from Cisternino and 10 km from Ostuni, about 15 km from the Adriatic sea and 45 from the Ionian sea. Easily accessible, the regional reserve of coastal dunes (20 minutes) and the national reserve of Torre Guaceto (40 minutes).
