An ancient trullo in the center of the Itria Valley, in one of the most beautiful areas of PUGLIA. Recently renovated building with two double bedrooms, an alcove and a sofa bed, for a maximum capacity of 8 people. Two bathrooms and an equipped kitchen. A large outdoor patio in a 3 hectare property of unspoiled nature with over 30 species of fruit trees. The property is 310 meters above sea level, 5 km from Cisternino and 10 km from Ostuni, about 15 km from the Adriatic sea and 45 from the Ionian sea. Easily accessible, the regional reserve of coastal dunes (20 minutes) and the national reserve of Torre Guaceto (40 minutes).

Gut für den Sommer, nicht zu empfehlen für kühlere Zeiten

Wir waren im April dort, noch die einzigen Gäste und konnten den wunderschönen Garten und das Gelände genießen. Der Pool war zwar schon geöffnet, ist aber ungeheizt und war daher für uns nicht zu gebrauchen. Im Sommer ist die Erfrischung sicher toll.Das Haus ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zur Erkundung des Tals und ist ruhig und idyllisch gelegen. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10-15 Minuten in schönen Orten, zum Strand sind es eher 25 Minuten. Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer sind sehr gut, insgesamt hat das Haus für 4 Personen gepasst, wobei uns ein Aufenthaltsraum fehlte, da es kein Wohnzimmer gibt. Die Nische war für die Kinder zum Spielen schön, für mehr ist sie nicht geeignet. Die Küche ist mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet und sehr klein (s. Fotos). Wir können uns vorstellen, dass das Ferienhaus im Sommer schön ist, wenn das Wetter eine stärkere Nutzung des Außenbereichs zulässt und das Haus zum kühlen Rückzug genutzt wird. Da es nicht beheizt war, war es im April sehr kalt und wegen der kleinen Fenster, die es aufgrund der Bauweise gibt, auch dunkel. Die Online angegebene Heizung konnte nur für zusätzliche 20/Tag genutzt werden. Absolute Frechheit, haben wir nicht eingesehen. Leider ein bitterer Beigeschmack für einen sonst sehr schönen Ort.

Découverte des Pouilles

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour à la campagne, au calme dans le Trullo Eutopia. Le gîte est très bien situé pour visiter les sites principaux des Pouilles. Aurelio et Antonia sont des hôtes attentifs et très discrets. La piscine est magnifique et bien rafraîchissante après nos visites de la region

Bel endroit, parfaitement situé pour visiter toute la beauté de la région.

Charmant trullo dans un quartier très calme. Équipement tel que décrit, très soigné aussi! Piscine fantastique pour un plongeon rafraîchissant après avoir visité tant d’endroits dans la région qui valent le détour: Cisternino, Martina Franca, Polignano, Lecce (!), Alberobello, i giardini di Pomona, Locorotondo, Matera (!), Grottaglie, Ostuni, Monopoli, Savelletri et Bari. Hôte et hôtesse très sympathiques. Un problème de plomberie a été résolu très rapidement ;) Merci beaucoup Aurelio et Antionia, nous espérons de retourner un jour!

Originalité et confort

Belle location, originale, confortable et propre, idéalement située dans la vallée. Le trullo reste frais et agréable malgré la chaleur estivale en attendant la fin de l'après-midi. Les villages s'animent alors, Cisternino, Martina-franca, Ostuni, Locorotondo, Alberobello , etc...c'est la fête tous les soirs jusqu’à tard dans la nuit. Pour la plage, allez a Torre Canne à la sortie sud du village, via appia antica, vers 9h du matin on trouve facilement de la place sur les bas cotés de la route, il y a des petits chemins pour rejoindre une plage de sable. Bari est à 1h et Matera à 2 petites heures de Pascarosa. Merci à Aurélio et Antonia, pour leur accueil. Aurelio parle anglais et Antonia, le français.

Un'esperienza da rifare!

Abbiamo soggiornato nel trullo Iris, con degli amici più un bambino di tre anni. Il trullo è molto spazioso e completo di ogni comfort. Immerso nella meravigliosa Valle D'Itria, è consigliato a tutti quelli che cercano un po di pace in un posto magico. I proprietari si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e cortesi... l'unica pecca è che siamo rimasti per soli tre giorni. :) Un'esperienza che ripeteremo sicuramente!

Ospiti eccellenti che hanno apprezzato le varietà vegetali della proprietà, assaggiato le saporite piccole albicocche di stagione e il piccolo di famiglia che ha utilizzato la casetta per bambini di recente realizzazione. Il trullo è stato lasciato pulito e in perfette condizioni.

Zeer mooie woning en tuin

Als ouders met drie volwassen kinderen hadden we een zeer aangenaam verblijf in deze Trulli! Kamers waren ruim en goed voorzien, keuken is niet groot maar voldoet. Mooi buitenterrasje en nog een heel groot terras met prachtige tuin. Vriendelijk en warm onthaal. We doorkruisten zowat heel Puglia en genoten van landelijke rust en sfeervolle dorpen. Kortom een echte aanrader om van hieruit de streek te verkennen.

Relax in compagnia

Eravamo due gruppi familiari (3 adulti e 5 bambini) e il bellissimo trullo ci ha accolti comodamente. Pulito e ben arredato internamente ha un ampio spazio esterno attrezzato per mangiare, chiacchierare e guardare le stelle. Un po' lontano dal mare, ma ideale per chi vuole riposare nella tranquillità della campagna e spostarsi in macchina o in bicicletta per scoprire l'arte, la cultura e la cucina della regione.

Otto persone rappresentano la capienza massima del trullo. Il mare più vicino dista circa 15 km, ma con qualche chilometro in più si può raggiungere la riserva regionale delle dune costiere e quella nazionale di Torre Guaceto, inoltre quando il mare dell'adriatico è mosso è possibile recarsi sulle spiagge dello Ionio. Le cittadine della Valle d'Itria, Ostuni, Cisternino, Locorotondo sono state iscritte dall'Unesco quali patrimoni dell'umanità. La cucina della zona è tra le più ricche dell'Italia a prezzi molto contenuti. Per chi ama la natura la proprietà offre oltre 30 varietà di alberi da frutta, numerose piante ornamentali e officinali.

Il luogo dove si insedia ...

Il luogo dove si insedia il trullo Eutopia è davvero magico, fa bene all'anima, non c'è che dire!C'è un grosso problema però che credo i proprietari debbano risolvere al più presto perché non è proprio accettabile nel 2013, ed è l'obbligo di non gettare la carta igienica sporca nel water per evitare il rischio d'intasamento della vasca biologica! Tutto ciò è insostenibili e non è un problema che deve gravare sulla clientela, o quanto meno le condizioni devo essere chiare sin dal momento in cui vengono richieste le informazioni preliminari e prima di qualunque invio di caparra, altrimenti si rischia di non essere corretti!

"Il soggiorno nel trullo IRIS è stato per noi incantevole, in un contesto paesaggistico e rurale di grande pregio, immersi nella quiete della Valle d'Itria a pochi chilometri dai più bei paesi dell'area (Cisternino, Ostuni, Martina France, Ceglie). La cortesia e la disponibilità dei proprietari hanno completato la magia del posto e ci hanno fatti sentire come a casa nostra. Sebbene le attrezzature di cucina siano essenziali ed il bagno piccolo, queste condizioni non hanno disturbato la nostra vacanza, comunque indimenticabile. Buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo e piacevolissimo il soggiorno nel trullo, sempre fresco nonostante il calore estivo."
