The building has community parking, swimming pool and garden, 2 lifts and concierge by day (during the summer season also at night).

The apartment has a living room with sea views, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, master bedroom for two people, a second bedroom for two people and a sofa bed in the living room.

IMPORTANT!!! From January 1 to June 15 and from September 16 to December 31, arrivals on Sunday or any day of the week from 8:00 pm will have a supplement of 50 euros.
