The house is independent, and is 80 meters from a beautiful sandy beach. It is a combination of a romantic, beautiful traditional house, which offers you what you expect for your vacation. You will love the exceptional view to the Aegean Sea and Mykonos from the veranda, with stone and flowers table.
Traditional wooden ceilings, decorated with elements of the sea, decorative handmade marble sculptures of Tinian art, handcrafted traditional furnishing combined with the comforts of a modern house.
A living room and a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, fireplace, two spacious bedrooms, large bathroom, stove, washer, coffee maker, toaster, hair dryer, iron. A garden with geraniums and bougainvillea that mingle their colors with the blue sea!
Covered front porch overlooking the sea and also a north back one to cool all day.
Tinos Town (7 km) is less than 10 minutes drive and from the beautiful sandy beach of Agios Sostis is 3 minutes walking distance.The house offers everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Very good welcom from Philipos. The house is well equipped, well ventilated and air-conditioned. It is in a quiet village of new cycladic houses near beach with a great view of Mykonos. The village is not far from the center. Agios Sostis beach is convenient for kids with a pier to dive. A good place to have rest !

Schöne Lage am Strand

Wir haben den Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr genossen. Gastgeber Filipos reagiert schnell, wenn es Fragen gibt. Schade fanden wir, dass die Ausstattung in der Küche auf das Notwendigste beschränkt war. Kein Pfeffer, Salz, Gewürze, Essig, Öl, Zucker, nur 2 Teller für 2 Personen. Jeder Gast ist gezwungen, sich diese Dinge neu zu kaufen, was nach der Ankunft schwierig ist, da die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit recht weit entfernt liegen, wenn man nicht motorisiert ist. Warum nicht einfach die Grundausstattung der vorherigen Gäste stehen lassen, statt sie (offenbar) in einem der vielen abgeschlossen Küchenschränke wegzuschließen? Das wirkte kleinlich. Insgesamt danken wir Filipos für den schönen Aufenthalt.

Lovely stay in Tinos!

We loved our stay in Philpos' lovely beach house. Philipos was extremely hospitable, answering any questions we had very quickly and was very helpful. Great location a few minutes walk from a lovely little beach and near the bus stop (main town of Tinos 15 mins on bus). Only downside was no shop (which is the only reason I have given location 4 star)- but the hotel very close by was happy to sell us bread and water.

Excellentes vacances chez Philipos

La maison est vraiment très belle et beaucoup plus spacieuse que ce que nous attendions. Très bien entretenue Philipos a été très sympathique et disponible avec beaucoup de conseils pour visiter l'ile. La localisation de la maison est parfaite pour une découverte de l'ile ou un moment au calme dans une baie très jolie. Vacances plus que réussies

A very cosy and practical holiday home.

We really enjoyed staying at Philipos' holiday house. And Philipos himself is a lovely, friendly host. It is very close to a lovely beach, sheltered from the (inevitable) winds of the Aegean, with plenty of space, a homey feel and all the practical amenities. The verandah was our favourite spot.

PHILIPOS nous a très bien conseillé et aidé durant notre séjour. Super accueil! Sa femme nous a même cuisiné un bon dessert un soir. La maison est accessible par bus depuis le port nous n avons donc pas du louer une voiture pendant tout notre séjour. La maison dispose de l essentiel et la terrasse est très agréable avec une superbe vue. La plage d Agios Sostis se trouve à moins de 100 mètres à pied et est parfaite avec des enfants et l île de Tinos est absolument superbe! Je recommande!

Excellent

Agios Sostis is located at the southern point of Tinos. It is a small and very quiet settlement. Philippo’s house is excellent! You sit outside and see Mykonos facing you. It has two separate bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room and a kitchen. Everything at home was in excellent condition. There is complete equipment to be able to cook, whatever you want,  something we did several times. In all rooms there are ceiling fans, so you do not need air-conditioning. Philippos and his wife are very kind and cheerful. They gave us a lot of information about the beaches of the island and we talked very pleasantly.
