The loggia will allow you to have access to the park of the residence, where your children will be able to frolic safely without access to the road, or to enjoy a moment of relaxation when returning from the beach. 2 steps from all the shops and transport of the town center of Larmor-Plage, you will enjoy a quiet and exotic environment thanks to the many maritime activities (sailing, diving, island walks, beaches) and cultural (media library, cinema and theater, 15 minutes from Lorient). This space of 47m² including a living-dining room, with TV (a sofa bed can accommodate 2 people), a semi-closed kitchen with all the necessary equipment to cook and enjoy Breton specialties. The bathroom and toilets are separated and located in the corridor that leads to the bedroom (double bed, wardrobe). The washing machine is in the bathroom. 1 or 2 bicycles can be made available as well as a stroller for the little ones!

Location très agréable claire, propre, décorée tendance avec goût. Situation calme et très proche du centre et de la plage. Accès aux différentes plages par le bord de mer à pied ou en vélo. Nous sommes prêts à revenir !
L'appartement est très bien situé, à proximité à pied des plages, du centre de Larmor-plage, de ses commerces, ses restaurants, ses sentiers de randonnée et desservi par la ligne de bus T4. On y trouve tous les équipements nécessaires, il est bien agencé et donne sur la verdure et il est très calme.
David est un hôte chaleureux et attentionné (il est venu nous chercher à la gare, s'est arrangé pour nous procurer des vélos et nous a donné quelques bons plans).
Bref, nous avons passé un excellent séjour et avons fait le plein de bon air marin ! Merci David !
The apartment was very good all amenities are included and we had a very pleasant stay.
However it has to be said when we arrived there was no one to meet us and we could not get in to the property. We were obliged to approach the neighbors.
