Located on the hill above Chiavari town it enjoys a wide sea view over the gulf and the promontory of Portofino. Totally independent, in a quiet spot of the Mediterranean greenery, it can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. Suitable for groups or families with kids, ideal for people who like nature and hillwalking. This two story house provides a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two wide bedrooms with 2 bunks beds and a king size double bed each, 2 bathrooms with toilet. A cozy patio and a sunny terrace complete the house. Plenty of free grassy space sorrounds the property. A few minutes walk along a characteristic local path is necessary to reach the house from the main road, where the car can be parked. Chiavari and its beaches are reachable in 10 min. drive
