Newly opened designer apartment in the heart of the city. Located in one of the most emblematic buildings of Granada, it has an extraordinary location to know the wonderful city and its gastronomy on foot.
It consists of two double bedrooms, the main with double bed and the second with twin beds. Two complete bathrooms, one of them en suite and with whirlpool bath and the secondary with shower. It also consists of a spacious exterior lounge and a cozy private terrace plus a kitchen equipped to the smallest detail.
Without a doubt, it is a great choice to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.
* To access the elevator of the building you will have to climb two sections of approximately 5 - 6 steps.
** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**
During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
The booking of each Genteel Home accommodation includes the offer of extra experiences or activities to improve your experience, which are managed by external providers, who will inform you by e-mail or Whats App, and you can contract or refuse them.
