You can access the house, in front of the sea, from a private road of 80 meters inside the property of about 3000 meters that allows you to enter an environment totally immersed in nature, among pine pines sand dunes, junipers and rosemary. A wide and spacious panoramic terrace overlooks the entire Gulf of Sa Rocca Tunda, offering truly special views; terrace where you can enjoy breakfast meals or an aperitif.
The owner is always available for any need.
NO internet connection is available - for OWNER CHOICE - to disconnect from daily stress, enjoy nature and find the right size. Privileged position with a view over the entire Gulf of Sa Rocca Tunda beach.

Wunderschöne Lage mit Minimalausstattung und fast ohne geöffnete Gastronomie

Die Lage entspricht genau der Beschreibung, einfach wunderschön und sehr ruhig. Der Strand ist zwar klein, aber wenig besucht und bis auf das Seegras, welches es hin und wieder anspült, sehr ruhig und wenig besucht. Die Entspannung kommt bestimmt nicht zu kurz, wenn man bei der Ausstattung bereit ist, sehr große Abstriche zu machen. Ist alles sehr einfach gehalten und einige Möbel bedürfen dringend einer Reparatur. Leider haben die Vorgänger sämtliches Geschirr schmutzig hinterlassen, das war nicht so schön. Gianni ist als Gastgeber echt super und immer um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht. Was sich etwas schwierig gestalten ließ war das Einkaufen oder auch das Essen gehen am Abend. Die Gastronomie hat nur sporadisch geöffnet (wir sind mehrmals vor verschlossener Tür gestanden) und zum Einkaufen muss man immer einige km fahren, auch dort ist die Auswahl sehr beschränkt. Der nächste große Supermarkt ist ca. 20 km entfernt, das ist sehr schade. Im Ort gibt es gar keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Trotz Allem war es für uns ein wirklich erholsamer und schöner Urlaub.

Grosszügige Wohnung direkt am Meer

Wir wohnten mit unseren zwei kleinen Kindern 1 Woche in dieser einfachen aber grosszügigen und gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Gianni ist ein sehr herzlicher, unkomplizierter Gastgeber, der sich um das Wohl seiner Gäste bemüht und bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar ist. Ein langer flachhabfallender Sandstrand liegt direkt vor dem Haus, weitere sind in < 15 Autominuten erreichbar: Ideal für Kinder.

Una splendida sorpresa

Una posizione incantevole, ho sempre amato la vista sul mare al tramonto ma qui è veramente unica. Bella casa, a due passi da una spiaggia notevole e poco frequentata. Un saluto a Gianni e sua moglie sempre carini e disponibili. A presto.

Soggiorno da favola

La casa di Gianni è un oasi di pace e tranquillità. La posizione è incantevole: di fronte alla spiaggia si vive cullati dal rumore delle onde. La casa è fresca, spaziosa, pulita e con tutto il necessario per vivere al meglio la vacanza. Splendida la terrazza vista mare sulla quale facevamo colazione, pranzo e cena. Comoda la doccia esterna per evitare di lasciare troppa sabbia all'interno. E infine Gianni, sempre gentile e disponibile a fornire chiarimenti e indicazioni sulla zona. Il nostro soggiorno a Sa Rocca Tunda è stato meraviglioso, speriamo di tornare in futuro

Wonderful beach house in a peaceful place.

We really enjoyed our time in Sa Rocca Tundra. We were almost alone there, except of the Flamingo's. :) The area offers a lot of wild beaches and wonderful Natur at all. The House is great and Gianni is a really hospitable host, he even made Fish for us and showed me also how to prepare artishocks. The weather was quite cold but the oven in the kept us warm. I really looking forward to come back!

La mer dans le jardin

Très bon accueil de Gianni le propriétaire, très gentil et attentionné. La maison est propre et assez spacieuse, il y a tout ce qu'il faut et un peu plus. La mer et sa plage de sable fin est juste derrière le portillon du jardin, parfait pour les baignades et balades. L'accès n'est pas évident, bien prendre contact avec Gianni qui vous indiquera ce passage secret vers de belles vacances ! Je recommande !

Die Ferienwohnung lag ideal direkt am Strand. Gianni war ein guter Gastgeber, der schnell half.

Der unkomplizierte Zugang zum Meer und die ruhige Lage machten die Urlaubszeit für uns sehr erholsam. Gianni war stets zur Stelle, wenn es mal ein Problem gab. Er war ein toller Gastgeber.
