Starting from 4 December 2024, Italian regulations require identity verification during check-in. Guests must communicate their arrival time (between 15:00 and 18:30) in advance. Delays beyond 18:30 may incur additional costs and check-ins after 22:00 will not be accepted.

We kindly ask you to be patient for any service or equipment issues due to the remote location of the Cinque Terre National Park, where response times may be longer. Heating is legally limited from 1 April to 8 November.

Note on location and natural environment

The property is located right next to the cliff, immersed in the marine nature of the Cinque Terre. In some periods of the year, especially in spring, the waves can bring the so-called Velelle (Velella velella) towards the coast, small marine organisms similar to jellyfish, a sign of a clean sea and a healthy ecosystem. Their presence can sometimes generate a slight organic odour in the air, entirely natural and not related to the cleanliness of the house. This phenomenon is rare, transient and part of the authenticity of the natural environment in which the structure is located.
