Nice duplex penthouse (at 2 heights) a few steps from Rapadoira beach. Surroundings Playa de las Catedrales, Galicia. In the picturesque village of Foz (Lugo), with beautiful beaches and magnificent landscapes. Natural environment of great beauty.
3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, one of them with hydromassage cabin. Very comfortable. 2 bedrooms with comfortable double beds of 150 and 135 cm and another room with 2 beds of 90x200. Outside, all rooms have natural light. Very sunny. with two terraces, one per floor. Large windows in the living room, overlooking a park, with swings and the garden with swimming pool of the urbanization. Sun all day. Good views.
Large garage, suitable for a minivan, without columns and very wide. Separate kitchen, with access to small terrace with clothesline.
Possibility of converting a triple room by mounting another bed, upon request to accommodate an extra guest (consult).
New building, with two elevators, with all services at hand: pharmacies, supermarket, bakery, patisseries, bank, post office. With the advantages of living in a town and the proximity and tranquility of the beach. Private, closed and guarded urbanization. Very safe. To forget the car and walk everywhere.
Nearest beach (Rapadoira) just 150 meters away. Another beach (Llas) about 700 meters.

Esta opinión corresponde a otro apartamento en el que usted haya estado, no en el mío, se lo garantizo. Hay vajilla suficientes para 6 personas, cafetera de cápsulas, 2 sartenes, ollas, cazuelas, fuentes de horno, hervidor eléctrico, exprimidor... en fin, no sé de donde saca vd. esa información, el apartamento se limpió durante 3 horas antes de su llegada y exhaustivamente. Las camas tienen precisamente unos colchones muy buenos y muy cómodos de primera marca y no estan viejos, si no nuevos. Lo dicho, se ha equivocado de apartamento al dejar su reseña. Recuerdo que estuvieron un fin de semana y salió encantada.

Bien placé pour accéder aux 2plages de Foz et à la promenade de bord de mer. Immeuble moderne de centre ville. Propreté et communication sans problème. Literie moyenne. Petit point améliorable: eqpt de la cuisine minimaliste, et pas de minimum alimentaire: sel, huile poivre, ouvre bouteille: absents
