It`s introduced by an outdoor equipped space, the ideal area for lunch and dinner and it`s equipped with a barbecue grill, an outdoor shower.

The apartment consists of a large living room with dining area, television and air conditioning; a spacious and well-equipped kitchenette and the sleeping area, which consists of a master bedroom and a twin bedroom. The bathroom with shower is equipped with washing machine.

The holiday home Trilo Girasole 2 is in the centre of the beautiful Santa Maria di Leuca, one of the most loved tourist destinations, ideal for a pleasant vacation by the Apulia sea. The apartment is 500 meters away from the sea and within walking distance from amenities such as the seafront promenade, bars and restaurants and cultural spots such as the sancturary De Finibus Terrae, the lighthouse, the monumental waterfall, the villas and the beautiful caves which the guests can visit during a boat trip.



- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 55 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- House is on the basement floor.
- Air conditioner only in the living room.
