Large 360m2 family house near Paris, Fontainebleau forest, Loing river

"The house of happiness" is the small name of our large atypical house which was once a jewelry factory, completely renovated. Bohemian and warm, the house has 14 beds, up to 20 people but is ideal for groups of 12 to 16 people with children, as it is full of games, books, comics, dvd, sand sleds, and includes a ping pong table, badminton rackets, and a swing.

Located in a dead end, so super quiet but 5 minutes walk from everything: the old historic center of Nemours with its canals, the outdoor Olympic swimming pool of Saint pierre les Nemours, the Gréaux rock massif and the Fontainebleau forest, the station with trains to Paris in 1 hour. Many climbers choose our house because we are very close to the climbing areas of small wood (1km) or Larchant (7km), we also have a crashpad available at the house as well as 4 bikes. The number of remarkable natural sites accessible within a 15-minute drive from us is enormous.

The house therefore includes 2 large dormitory-type sleeping spaces with their private bathrooms and toilets, the first on the ground floor has 1 double bed and 3 single beds, two additional mattresses are available in the workshop (which can be used as a of 8 th bedroom), the other on the second is like a small loft under the frame it includes a double bed and two single beds. 5 other real bedrooms are on the first floor (4 bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with 2 beds).
A large living room with American kitchen open to the living room and the dining room area is approximately 42m2, another room / music room of approximately 20M2 is on the ground floor and is complemented by a large workshop space / 50m2 playroom, which often hosts rehearsal comedians or groups of musicians.
