On the beautiful hills of Zoagli, in a position of absolute prominence and a view of the sea and the promontory of Portofino, this new, well-kept cottage is surrounded by an olive grove. From the large terrace and the balcony on the top floor you can enjoy the fantastic panorama.
The upstairs bedroom has a double bed. In the downstairs, in the living room, there is a sofa bed for 2 people.
Two deck chairs, a large sun shade, and a table outside to have meals outdoors, complete the interior design. There are 2 bathrooms: top floor with the bathtub, ground floor with a shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, with induction cooker, fridge with freezer and dishwasher.
The cottage is equipped with air conditioning on both floors via two splitters and heating for cold days. A fireplace in the living area, with plenty of olive wood, is also available.
A parking space included in the rental price. The terraces around the house are for your exclusive use. There are 88 steps down from the parking area to the house. The last 100 metres before getting to the parking space is quite narrow but a SUV (e.g. X6) can drive through. CIN:IT010067C2ANX8YND3

Urlaub von der ersten Minute …

Das Ferienhäuschen hat alles was einen tollen Urlaub ermöglicht. Von der Klimaanlage bis hin zu einer schönen Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick auf die Bucht von Portofino. Wer Stufen und enge Parkplätze scheut, sollte sich eine andere Urlaubsgegend aussuchen. Ein herrlicher Aufenthalt… vielen Dank!

Angenehmer Aufenthalt mit kleinen Abstrichen

Das Ferienhaus hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Der Check-in Prozess verlief, dank der Fotos und der Anleitung der Vermieterin ohne Probleme. Ankunftszeit war dank Schlüsselkasten flexibel. Die Vermieterin war freundlich, stets gut zu erreichen und sprach sogar gut Deutsch. Der Ausblick aufs Meer ist einmalig und das Haus inkl. Bäder sauber und ordentlich. Leider war das Wäschereck sehr alt und in schlechtem Zustand, sodass es immer zusammenfiel. Dies haben wir aber gemeldet und es soll ausgetauscht werden. Insgesamt könnte die Qualität der Einrichtung für den Preis etwas besser sein - fast alles Ikea. Das heißt funktional, aber ok. Die über 80 Stufen zum Haus waren für uns kein Problem, waren aber in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft leider nicht erwähnt, obwohl es für manche Gäste schwierig sein könnte. Unser Parkplatz war zeitweise durch andere Gäste blockiert, das Problem konnte jedoch geklärt werden. Insgesamt ist die Zufahrt sehr schmal und der Wendekreis begrenzt, sodass das Auto nicht zu breit sein sollte. Die Wanderwege ab der Unterkunft sind ok, man hat aber wenig Aussichtspunkte, sodass wir bei Interesse an derartigen Aktivitäten auch Fahrten ins Umland empfehlen. Die Parkplatzsuche in den umliegenden Orten ist herausfordernd.

I was quite surprised to read the criticism of our property: 1) the 88 steps from the parking area to the villino are clearly stated in the property description as is the last 100 metres of narrow road in which nonetheless a good driver can drive through with a BMW X6 or Alfa Romeo Ghibli, 2) furniture: the 2 chests of drawers and the coat hangers are from IKEA but the rest of the furniture is of very high quality - the sofa bed is from B&B Italia, the kitchen, table and chairs and bed are from Mobilia in Cicagna. The coffee table and outdoor table and chairs are from our family collection, 3) the clothes hanger issue was brought to my attention after check out and in the meantime has been replaced.

Süßes Haus in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Woche in den süßen Haus verbracht. Der Blick auf den Golf ist einfach überwältigend und so saßen wir bei fast durchgehenden Sonnenschein von morgens bis abends auf der Terrasse. Später nutzen wir gerne den Kamin, für den ausreichend Holz zur Verfügung stand. Die Unterkunft ist absolut perfekt geeignet für eine gemütliche und erholsame Woche auch schon im Februar. Mit dem Auto sind Orte wie Rapallo, Portofino, la Spezia oder Genua schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem eine perfekte Woche. Vielen Dank an Lorraine, mit der die Kommunikation immer superschnell und unkompliziert war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Traumurlaub in Villino Olivia

Wir waren insgesamt das sechste Mal in und um Zoagli in Urlaub, diesmal war es das bislang beste Gesamtpaket aus: Haus, Lage, Aussicht! Es wird eine hervorragende Aussicht auf Portofino und Santa Margherita die Ligure geboten. Die Klimaanlage hilft mit angenehmen Nachttemperaturen, wenn tagsüber das Thermometer über die 30 Grad-Grenze steigt! Auf der Terrasse kann von morgens bis abends die Sonne genossen werden. Wenn Schatten gewünscht wird, kann die Markise ausgefahren werden. Die Ausstattung und Qualität der Villa ist für italienische Verhältnisse überdurchschnittlich gut. Wir konnten verschiedene Bergwanderungen (Montallegro, Zoagli, 5-Glockentürme-Tour) direkt vor der Haustür starten. Lorraine, unsere Gastgeberin, war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Die Zufahrt zur Villa bietet, wie fast überall in Ligurien, nicht viel Platz. Es gibt allerdings einen eigenen geräumigen Parkplatz. Mit etwas Rangieren kamen wir mit unserem VW Caddy gut klar! Zusammengefasst: Wir werden wohl nochmal wiederkommen!

Geniales Ferienhaus

Selbst im tiefsten Winter hatten wir sowohl tags als auch nachts konstante 15 Grad. Die Aussicht war echt super schön und gerade zu Silvester eine absolute Empfehlung. Das Haus war in einem einwandfreien Zustand und alles war sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Durch die sich um das Ferienhaus befindlichen Olivenbäume kann man außerdem eine hohe Privatsphäre genießen. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr schönes Haus mit Herausforderungen

Uper gelegen mit schönem Blick auf die Halbinsel von Portofino. Einzig die Anfahrt und das Wenden des Autos stellen gewisse Herausforderungen dar. Auch der abendliche nach Hause weg von Rapallo aus ist schön, kann sich aber ein wenig ziehen je nach Wein und Abendessen. Aber alles hat uns sehr gut gefallen.

Traumhafte Lage - Großes Kino

Wenn wir von unseren Touren durch Ligurien von Genua bis Chinque Terre und Portovenere zurückgekommen sind oder auch bei einem Ruhetag haben wir die Terrasse und die phantastische Aussicht auf die Bucht von Portofino genossen (soweit die Mücken uns nicht zu viel geärgert haben) ..wenn’s kühler war auch hinter dem Terrassenelement. in der Beschreibung fehlt der Hinweis, dass die letzten 200 m der Zufahrt eng sind und in einer Sackgasse enden. Wenn alle 3 Parkplätze belegt sind, ist wenden auf einem Platz 6 / 6 m angesagt. Zugang zum Haus über 88 Stufen! Wir haben das als sportliche Aufgabe angenommen ..wird aber nicht bei jedem so ankommen. Sollte im Inserat deutlich hingewiesen werden.

Traumhaft

Wir haben uns in diesem Hause sehr wohl gefühlt. Da wir uns Abend sehr gerne zurückziehen um die Ruhe zu genießen, haben wir uns hier für das richtige Objekt entschieden. Wir sind zwei sehr aktive Menschen und waren deshalb tagsüber viel unterwegs. Die Umgebung hat uns mit Meer, Sonne und vielen anderen Dingen belohnt. Es war alles super und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir haben von nächstes Jahr wieder in diesem Hause zu logieren. Erwin und Lydia
