Typical Basque villa of the end of the 19th century, very charming, renovated, spacious and very comfortable in the famous district of Parlementia. Guéthary beach and surf at the end of the street, village center a few minutes walk.
1 double reception room of 70 m2 and a separate kitchen, fully equipped. Two bedrooms on one level and a shower room.
On the first floor, three bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 shower room. 2 separate toilets.

Excellent séjour en famille

Maison avec de beaux volumes très proche de la mer à pieds. Petit bémol : le jardin est accolé à la départementale très passante et un peu bruyante sur l’arrière du jardin , ce qui ne nous a pas empêché de passer un excellent séjour , trop court sur place .

Réservation sur Bidart

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison familiale de Sabine, maison toute proche de l'océan et très confortable dans laquelle rien ne manque, meublée avec goût et avec suffisamment de neutralité pour s'y sentir comme chez soi. Un jardin aux arbres magnifiques. La propriétaire Sabine d'une gentillesse extrême que nous n'avons pas rencontrée bien évidemment nous a accompagnés avec WhatsApp pour notre plus grand confort. Un séjour très agréable qui nous a fait regretter de n'y etre que dix jours . Dominique

Superbe maison basque avec jardin proche de Parlementia

Maison avec tout ce qu’il faut pour passer un bon moment en famille (et tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, même quand on est nombreux !). Jardin luxuriant avec barbecue et possibilité de manger dehors. Places pour garer votre voiture dans la cour (ce qui est un vrai plus dans le quartier). 2 min du Parlementia, 10 min du centre et 15 min d’Uhabia. Vous pouvez en faire beaucoup à pieds : c’est parfait. La propriétaire est aux petits soins, prépare tout ce qu’il faut pour l’arrivée et très réactive. C’est particulièrement appréciable. Bref, un superbe séjour.

Emplacement exceptionnel

Cette vaste maison trés récemment et entièrement rénovée avec beaucoup de goût, est très bien adaptée pour recevoir une grande famille avec jeunes. Elle comporte de vastes chambres et une très belle et grande salle de séjour. Le jardin a deux orientations. Celle ouvrant sur l'arrière, proche de la route en contrebas, où le jardin est verdoyant et entouré d'arbres tandis que celui côté ouest permet de goûter tranquillement sur les chaises longues la douceur du soir. La proximité de Guéthary (5') mais aussi de Bidart (à pied bien entendu), de la plage (mythique plage de surf de Parlementia à 2'), du bord de mer avec son restaurant Le Bahia, ses bars (Illunabar, Heteroclito...) offrant la vision du rayon vert à l'issue des sublimes couchers de soleil un verre de Mojito à la main sont des plus incontestables et sont propices à laisser des souvenirs de vacances qui marqueront durablement. Madame Carden, heureuse propriétaire du lieu, nous a trés chaleureusement accueillie. Nous sommes là au coeur du pays basque ouvrant à la découverte du littoral, de l'arrière pays avec ses sublimes montagnes et de l'Espagne toute proche.Quand en plus, le soleil est là ce qui a été le cas durant nos 15 jours de vellégiature, nous touchons alors au bonheur...terrestre! Séjour Mer et Montagne réussi

Superbe maison typique de la région basque, meublée avec beaucoup de goût. La maison est vraiment bien située à Bidart mais très proche du port et centre de Guéthary. La maison convient bien pour 2 familles, nous étions 9 - 2 belles chambres d'adultes. Maison toute fraîchement rénovée et super équipée (bonne literie, salles de bains , cuisine, etc). Jardin clôturé et sécurisé. Nous avons passé d’agréables vacances, rythmées par les cours du surf (Bidarteko), les plages très proches, et accessibles à pied ou à vélo ce qui évite le problème du parking en haute saison. Les petits restaurants sur la plage (accessibles à pied) sont nombreux et tous de qualité. Excursions réussies à Bilbao, San Sebastian et l’intérieur du pays (Iraty). Nous avons adoré faire nos courses dans les Halles de Biarritz. Nous avons apprécié l'ambiance sportive et l'atmosphère conviviale générale partout où nous nous sommes promenés! Des vacances mer et montagne réussies dans une maison appelant à la sérénité :)
