Detached listed barn with 2 ensuite bedrooms sleeping 6. One room with double four poster, and a single bed and beams. 2nd room with double & 2 single beds and more ensuite bathrooms with electric showers over.
Downstairs newly fitted modern cream kitchen, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine with farmhouse table and chairs.
Full oil central heating.
Sitting room with 3 piece suite TV etc with patio doors leading to lawned garden.
Off hall a walk in shower room &wc suitable for disabled with shower chair.
Free WiFi plus a landline.
Enclosed tarmac car park area.
Great base for touring all parts of Devon or just relaxing in the garden or walking through the glorious unspoilt countryside. See how this farming family live day to day.
