On the island Fur in the Limfjorden you will find this holiday cottage, elevated location in quiet surroundings and with views of the area and the fjord. The house was renovated in 2014 and appears bright and inviting in bright colours and modern and comfortable furnishings. The house is energy-efficient with 2 air-to-air heat pumps, solar panels and extra insulation. Combined kitchen and living room with ceramic cooker, cooker hood, separate oven, microwave oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The living room has a large dining table, TV with international channels via the satellite, PlayStation3 and stereo set with CD player. Ground floor has 3 bedrooms. From the living room you have access to the terrace where you can enjoy the view while have barbecues. 1st floor has 2 bedrooms with double beds and an extra double bed in the living room that has an amazing view of the Limfjorden. There is an extra TV on 1st floor. The large pool room is bright and inviting. Here you can frolic in the pool or relax in the whirlpool. After a long walk in the area you can get warm in the sauna. There is an extra bathroom adjacent to the pool room.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
