Single storey villa located 500m from the beach, with stunning sea views. Enjoy a bright ventilated living room overlooking the covered terrace which extends with the secure infinity pool and its travertine beach. You will be able to effectively protect yourself from the sun thanks to the electric blinds, part of which covers the swimming pool if necessary (young children, fragile skin) to enjoy the refreshment of swimming without risk. You will enjoy in the swimming pool a staircase and an integrated bench.
The Kitchen is equipped and faces the sea.
3 double bedrooms with 3 bathrooms each including a sink, shower, WC, + 1 extra single bedroom. All rooms are air conditioned and ventilated. Overflowing swimming pool.

We chose this neighborhood for its rare balance of calm, nature and beautiful beaches. Anses-d’Arlet is one of the most charming and authentic villages in Martinique, with clear water, great snorkeling spots, sea turtles and small local restaurants. Everything is close, yet the area remains peaceful and preserved.
