Beautiful Townhouse with breathtaking views over the Bay and Valley

A lovely townhouse which exudes those summer holiday vibes, with a huge pool in the complex, together with a squash court, it makes the ideal holiday destination. Currently available for minimum 3 month let, our home enjoys the most amazing views across the Bay to Chapman's Peak Drive and over to Kommetjie lighthouse. Always something to grab your attention in the bay from the fishing boats as they go back and forth, the beautiful yachts cruising around and all the other activities to watch, that is if you don't feel like participating, kayacking, paddle boarding, surfing, the list goes on.
On entering the house there is a guest cloakroom, then down a couple of steps to the brand new kitchen leading to open plan dining and living room areas which lead to a fabulous entertainment deck.
Upstairs are 3 double bedrooms, the main one has a king size bed with an en suite dressing room and shower room with toilet, bidet and double basin.

The 3rd bedroom can either be used as a king or twin bedroom

This is a great home from which to explore all that Cape Town has to offer. Hout Bay is only a 30 minute drive from Cape Town's famous Waterfront, the wine farms of Constantia are only 20 minutes away by car and the Stellenbosch wine region an hour away. The Beautiful Kirstenbosch gardens also a short drive where you can enjoy the sunset summer concerts. If you don't feel like driving, uber drivers are always around or you can take advantage of the dedicated private tours or the City Sightseeing bus.
