The decor of the house makes it suitable for 1 to 2 families sharing as there are various outdoor toys, sauna, 6 person outdoor whirlpool and a 22 m² large swimming pool. The house has a good layout with open concept living and dining room in open connection to the well-equipped kitchen. From the living room you have views of and access to the garden and the terrace which is surrounded by a 1 m tall wall. You can observe the children playing in the pool from the dining area and the kitchen. International TV channels, satellite dish, cable-TV, DVD player, wood-burning stove and energy-efficient heat pumps for both the large living room but also for the pool. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cubicles and 5 bedrooms. There are charging sockets for electric car Type 2 - IEC 62196-2 - bring your own socket.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
