This holiday cottage with thatched roof and wood-burning stove on both the ground floor and 1st floor is ideal for the small family. With approx. 270 m to the North Sea you can basically both hear and "taste" the North Sea. From the house you will be able to see sunsets over the dunes - or take the dog for a walk to the beach. The house, which has been in the same family ownership since it was built in 1990, will be renovated in the coming years with great deference to the building's original architectural style. There are football table, PlayStation3 and two living rooms with TV. There is a large terrace facing south with shelter against the wind.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
