12 person holiday home in Ebeltoft-By Traum

A large, well-arranged holiday cottage with whirlpool and activity room, located in a popular cottage area close to Lyngsbæk Strand. Enjoy the big activity room where you can play billiard, table tennis or dart. For those looking for wellness, you can relax in the whirlpool, sauna or steam shower. Separated kitchen with a smaller dining section. 4 bedrooms and a mezzanine which is suitable for 4 children. You may also sleep on the double extra bed in the living room. The house is perfect for a large family or several friends travelling together. Outdoors you will find a large yard suitable for games and play. Parts of the terrace is covered, where you can sit into the late night and enjoy a barbecue dinner. No letting to youth groups. A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Es ist so unfassbar ruhig da.Klar ein zwei kleine Schönheitsrenovierungen könnte man machen, aber es ist nichts was gestört hätte.Die Betten sind ein Traum, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet!Wir fühlten uns wie zu Hause und kein Stück fremd.Die Gegend ist sehr schön.Wir haben es sehr genossen trotz des schlechten Wetters.
