Well-kept holiday cottage with warm and personalised decor located on a secluded garden plot in the small fishing village Nr. Lyngby near the sea and beach and approx. 5 km north of Løkken. The house is furnished with a good living room in open plan with the kitchen, and in addition there is a small conservatory and three bedrooms. Bathroom and kitchen from 2012. The light is secured through large windows facing south with an awning to extend the warm summer evenings. In connection to the large south/west facing terrace there is an outdoor kitchen, where the family will surely gather around the grill. The plot is a story in itself, the front portion is grass and has a fireplace, sandpit and swing - the rear portion has been left unattended, a true paradise as a playground for younger children. There is a cost neutral solar collector for air circulation, this may buzz a little. There are extra fridge of 250 l. No letting to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
