Dream villa beneath the Ventoux... incl. heated pool, Wi-Fi & cleaning service!

This detached villa at the foot of the Mont Ventoux has a panoramic view from four sides. You can follow the sunshine all day long by means of the large terrace longing two facades. The 3,000-sq.m ground has 30 olive and fruit trees, lavender, a natural enclosure and an automatic sprinkling system. There also is an entrance gate. We are hiring a gardener and someone to maintain the swimming pool; they come over regularly. The property is located in a calm area; a 150 metres long country road leads to the house, which is withdrawn from the main road. This means the children can play in complete safety! You will receive a warm welcome; this way you will receive some more information on the house and its environment. House linen is available for rent. The Roman-style mosaic swimming pool (10 x 5 m) with safety cover (lockable with a key) and balneotherapy bath is heated up to 27 °C. The pool is available from 2 May until 3 October 2015. Teak sun loungers with comfortable cushions are available. The house (built in 1992) is completely renovated on the inside, where even in summer temperatures remain nicely cool.

Malaucène is a gathering spot for cycling and hiking enthusiast wanting to climb the Mont Ventoux, which has its summit 26 km away. The centre of Malaucène houses numerous restaurants and shops. In the surroundings: endless hiking trails, Fontaine de Vaucluse and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue (about 20 km away), Séguret, Sablet, Gigondas, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Beaumes-de-Venise, Rasteau, Visan, Orange, Carpentras, Cavaillon, Nyons, Vaison-la-Romaine, Bédoin, Cairanne, Le Crestet, Gordes, Buis-les-Baronnies, the Tourenc Valley, the Ouvèze Valley, the gorges of the Anesque, and so on. A central location for all sorts of dream excursions! We are sure that you will be coming back here!

A perfect holiday stay

The house is situated at the end of a quiet private drive. The large living space was very comfortable & the kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed. Even the knives were sharp! It has well maintained and the swimming pool was actually warm. There's a large, secure garage for bike storage which is most welcome on a cycling holiday. We especially enjoyed taking breakfast on the sunny patio in the morning and then using the shaded patio in the afternoon and evening. We couldn't have wanted for more. The only thing lacking was a full sized kettle for us tea drinkers!

Le logement offre le confort, l'espace, l'environnement permettant une déconnexion totale de son cadre habituel.Nous faisions de petites randonnées localement entre 8h et 10h en revenant par le village de Malaucène pour quelques courses. Par ces fortes chaleurs nous profitions de la piscine vers 11h, puis vers 19h et nous restions au domicile aux heures chaudes. Nous avons effectués quelques déplacements à Vaison la Romaine le matin.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Kommunikation klappte per WhatsApp hervorragend. Das Ferienhaus lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles was man benötigt und noch mehr ist vorhanden. Besonders genossen haben wir den Pool, die himmlische Ruhe und die 2 Terrassen. Man konnte mit der Sonne mit wandern. Frühstück in der Sonne auf der Terrasse an der Küche und Abendessen auf der anderen Terrasse. Die Lage ist auch sehr empfehlenswert für Radfahrer, die auf Mont Ventoux fahren möchten. Ich kann das Ferienhaus sehr empfehlen.

Perfekter Urlaub

Das Haus lässt wirklich keine Wunsch offen. Es ist großzügig, toll eingerichtet, in der Küche gibt es wirklich alles. Es liegt sehr ruhig, trotzdem kann man die Einkäufe zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erledigen. Wir haben den Pool sehr genossene und kommen gerne wieder. Danke für alles.

Bel endroit au pied du Ventoux

Un bel endroit calme, idéalement situé pour visiter la région et le mont Ventoux. La maison est bien pensée avec des terrasses qui suivent le soleil, et un grand espace intérieur carrelé de partout et facile d’entretien. La cuisine est fonctionnelle et bien achalandée. Le village est à deux minutes.

La villa est vraiment très bien équipée et aménagée. Deux terrasses orientées différemment permettent de profiter de l'ensoleillement total. La piscine est grande et chauffée, le jardin est bien entretenu, tout est prévu pour passer de magnifiques vacances. Les cerises du jardin sont excellentes, elles ont agrémenté nos petits déjeuners. A recommander sans hésiter.

Helaas zat het weer niet mee maar toch genoten van een week in dit mooie huis. Van alle gemakken voorzien en goed schoon. De meiden hebben zich prima vermaakt in het zwembad! De vaatwasser zou wat groter mogen voor een 6-persoons huis. De markt in Bédoin is leuk en het stadje Vaison heel mooi en leuk om te winkelen.

Great stay in a pleasant house and village

This was the third time we have stayed in this house (first time was in 2014) and it is still a very pleasant house to enjoy a vacation. It is close to the village and to the Maluacene climb of the Mont Ventoux. The heated pool is nice and both the terraces are nice.

Superb Villa in Idyllic Location

We have been staying in rented accommodation in France for over 20 years and this villa is top of the rankings. Facilities are top class, garden and pool idyllic. The equipment inside is comprehensive. The outside eating area fabulous. Being cyclists and walkers we were central to excellent riding routes and the walk down the Toulourenc Valley nearby is spectacular. The place is spotless and well maintained.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in Malaucene. Das grosse Haus verfügt über alles, was man braucht, hat viel Platz und einen sehr gepflegten Garten. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft und auf der grossen Terrasse geniesst man das Frühstück in der Sonne oder einen lauen Abend. Die Reservierung und Übergabe verlief problemlos und pünktlich. Gesamthaft ein sehr schöner Urlaub!
