Condo Tortuga Riendo (Smiling Turtle) is a superbly decorated two bedroom condo in the Nick Price Residences. This contemporary condo offers walk-in closets and private bathrooms in both bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a king bed while the other has 1 queen bed and 1 full-size pull out trundle bed. The large terrace offers cozy and comfortable seating, and outdoor dining area with golf course and clubhouse views. A common roof deck includes a plunge pool with private sunning area, lounge chairs and sun beds. The clubhouse pool offers shaded lounge chairs and full size pool suitable for lap swimming with a separate shallow area for children or sunning.

The Nick Price Residences are part of the prestigious CoraSol development in Playa del Carmen. Expect the upscale amenities typical of a high-end development and the convenience of a Nick Price designed tournament level golf course in your back yard. This is a championship golf course with interesting hole layouts and use of water- it is long but fair with very true greens, and kept in pristine condition. See reviews on Trip Advisor.

In addition to the pro shop, the clubhouse also offers a fitness center, dressing rooms, swimming pool, spa, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath, snack bar and beverage service. All of these facilities are available to renters.

The beach and beach club are only 2 blocks away and guests at Tortuga Riendo have free access to the CoraSol Beach Club. Enjoy over 1/2 mile of white sandy beaches, turquoise waters and one of the largest barrier reefs in the world. The beach club has a fresh water swimming pool, snack bar, bar service, a restaurant and a water sports shop. Treat yourself to a couples massage on the beach!

The development has a water purification system that treats all of the water entering our home. The water from all faucets is safe to drink.

The entire CoraSol complex is extremely safe with 24/7 on-site security. Access to the Nick Price Residences is controlled for your safety and security personnel are available to you 24 hours a day for your peace of mind.

Lovely Condo

We were so happy with the location and condo. The check-in process was easy. Luis was friendly and knowledgeable. The condo itself was perfect. Lovely patio area to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine for happy hour. The community was fabulous. We enjoyed the beach as well as the pool options. Main, rooftop as well as the spa area by the golf course. The owners were amazing! Always responding to any questions that we had. This condo was equipped with everything you would require. I would highly recommend renting this condo. Thanks again to Tony and Monique for sharing your condo to us for a truly wonderful two week vacation.

Excellent Playa del Carmen location

Just 10 minutes away from Playa del Carmen famous “Quinta Avenida” its this beautiful 2 bedroom apartment located on a golf course, with to great pools and a beach club with great beaches, pool, bar and a restaurant, the property manager Diana was very friendly and attentive the apartment was spot clean and with modern decoration and fast Wifi with all the amenities needed, we had the greatest of vacations, I will not hesitate to stay again with them....

Very nice property in a great location. Secure area with gates. Easy access to the beach and to shopping areas. We bikes to areas within the gates and drove to areas outside the gates. Owners and property manager were very accommodating and easy to work with.
