Our property is a fully equipped two bedroom condo that you can relax in immediately on your arrival. The condo is located on the Gran Coyote Golf Course and is a short walk from one of the nicest beach clubs in Mexico.
Included Expat TV service and wireless internet or bring your own streaming device that allow you to enjoy any entertainment you may be looking for after a gruelling day on the golf course or laying at the beach club being served tasty Margaritas or Cervezas.

The property includes a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, cooktop stove, convection oven and dishwasher if you want to prepare your own home cooked meals in a comfortable relaxed setting rather than spending another evening in downtown Playa Del Carmen at one of the more than 1100 places to eat this spectacular Caribbean tourist destination has to offer.

You may also want to sit and relax in lounge chairs on the building common area rooftop area. Located here are small pools, lounge chairs with umbrellas and a food preparation area with sinks and charcoal barbeques. The rooftop is also an excellent place to look out at the ocean or watch a Mexican sun rise or sunset or just simply observe golfers working on their game on the nearby driving range.

The spacious two bedrooms each have ensuite bathrooms with his and hers sinks and an abundance of closet space for even the most complete packers.

As the exotic birds and crickets of this region of Mexico serenade you to sleep, you will enjoyable think of the day just passed or the adventures that lie ahead for tomorrow.

Taxi service is in abundance from the gated entrance to Nick Price Residences just steps from the front door of the building.
If you rent a car you will have to use guest parking that you can be directed by the security gate personnel.

If you want fitness activities; a fully equipped gym is located within the pro shop complex with available lockers, a hot tub, sauna and steam room. There are several pools within the Nick Price property complex for your use for swimming or just lounging pool side. The gated Corasol Resort has sidewalks along the roadways that can be used for jogging, walking or just sight seeing of the animals and birds of this region of the Caribbean.

The Corasol exclusive Beach Club within the resort is a five minute drive or a 20 minute walk away from the condo. The emerald waters and gentle waves of the Caribbean await your arrival to occupy one the beach club chairs. It is typically very quiet here for your serenity to enjoy the sounds of the ocean. You can take service from one of the waiters who will gladly bring you food or drink to your beach chair or you can sit at the restaurant tables overlooking the infinity pool and still enjoying the view of the ocean and Cozumel beyond.
