The first floor is about 35 m² . The third room with a double bed is in the attic. Access to this room is via a metal ladder. The attic is about 35 m².

The sun terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a sunshade and a grill/barbecue. You also have a private balcony. Free Parking is available.

Sea/swimming is 900m away. The nearest supermarket/restaurants is 500m away. There are many options for going out, excursion destinations, etc. The town centre with its restaurants and supermarkets is approximately 800 metres away.
