About the host
Hosted by Diana Rawlings
Vonnie and Tim moved to Itteringham in November 2017 after visiting this special part of Norfolk. We have been walking, cycling around this beautiful area for years.
A beautiful house came up for sale and sold within a week, but we were lucky the sale fell through.
When we saw Sunnyside was back on the market .
We made the biggest decision of our lives.
We sold our family home in Nottinghamshire within a day and moved to Sunnyside together with our tree maintenance business within 6 weeks.
We wouldn't change a thing!
Now we would like to share our little bit of Paradise with you!

Why they chose this property
CozyNook, a very small barn conversion. In a rural setting where you can walk in the middle of the road, see the stars at night as there is no light pollution (fantastic sight), chill out and relax.
CozyNook, the perfect base from which to start your adventure whether walking, cycling or just going and explore the surrounding areas.
