The rental was as advertised and better. Check in/out was straight forward and we were even allowed to check in a little early. Kitchen was well stocked as were the bathrooms. Plenty of washing machine and dish washer tabs were available which can be an issue for rentals. Outside deck was especially nice in that it had a gate to block the stairs which enabled us to let the dog out while remaining contained on the second level. All in all it was a great trip and I would not hesitate to rent Island Breeze again.

Perfect family getaway

Great location in Galveston just a few minute walk from the beach. Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything you'd want to do in town. Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to prepare your own meals and access to the bikes and beach toys was an added bonus we really appreciated.

Our home away from home

We love island breeze! We have been coming here every year since we moved to Texas in 2017. It’s cozy, clean and feels like a home away from home. We love the location and they have lots of beach toys for the kids :) Already looking forward to coming back next year!

Island breeze is GREAT!

This was our first time renting a house in Galveston and it exceeded all our expectations and more! Very nice house with all the amenities you need for a relaxing and fun family vacation ! Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the beach area wich was also a very nice spot! Definitely will be going again next year and more years to come.

Nicely appointed family beach house

Great experience. Very clean with a nicely equipped kitchen, games and puzzles, and bikes / fishing kit in the garage. The room layout and provided extras would work well for families with smaller kids.

Great time at the beach

What a great spot for the family to get together. The house is just as advertised easy to find and the beach is right there. We ate at a little local pizza place that was family friendly also. Grilling in the evening as the swings kept the kids rocking. Thank you for having the family get together at your place.

Location and property were wonderful. Check-in and check-out was effortless. This beautiful home had everything we needed and plenty of extras. The garage held so many toys, bikes, chairs...you name it. We brought so much from home that was already supplied here. We all had a fabulous stay and will definitely stay again!

Relaxing, enjoyable stay

Island Breeze is a very comfortable, welcoming house with everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked with good cookware, cooking utensils, appliances and accessories. The deck has comfortable furnishings, although there is not even a sliver of a view of the Gulf. However, it is a very short walk to the beach. The ground floor/carport area has two nice swings, a grill area and bikes in the garage for guest use. Our family of 4 had a most enjoyable, relaxing stay.

Great location for family

We had an excellent stay! Perfect house for small family. Nice bathrooms and kitchen and a short walk to the beach that was not too crowded. Property management communicated well and maintain the property nicely. Biggest complaint (and it’s minor) is there were no extra trash bags other than the 1 left by the management group and no bags in the bathroom trash cans. Also none of the guest beds had any sheets put on them already so I had to make the beds needed when we arrived after a long travel day. Overall I’d recommend and would love to stay here again if we return to Galveston.

Island Breeze

Beautiful property! Great location for a quick walk to Pirate Beach! Location is great very close to grocery stores and Restaurants. The only negative was wish we would have know to bring toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags. We also did have an issue with the bedroom TVs being set with a parental block we couldn’t even watch the news. It was a little frustrating and we never got it resolved per Direct TV only the owner could resolve this. We would however recommend this property and will use again!
