All rooms are conveniently located on the main level of this single-level beach house . The luxurious king primary suite is a private escape when it’s time to unwind. Unpack into the walk-in closet, sip on morning coffees in the seating area, and enjoy the en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. The queen bedroom and bunk room each have a full bathroom just across the hall, and the full size washer and dryer are tucked away in a laundry room near off the kitchen.
Gather on the expansive deck, and relax on your choice of outdoor seating. Soak in the sun, or relax under the shaded gazebo. The ground level patio features a picnic table, so the adults can sit back while the kids and pups run around in the fenced yard. When the beach calls, the water is just a short walk away!

PET POLICY This house is pet friendly and accepts 2 small dogs (each <20 lbs) OR 1 medium dog (40 – 60 lbs) with a non-refundable pet fee of $125+ tax. You must indicate you are “traveling with pets” prior to booking.
PARKING Parking is available for up to 4 vehicles in the private driveway of this home. Per HOA rules, street parking is not allowed.
LINENS & STARTER SUPPLIES KIT We want to help get your trip off to an easy start, so you’ll find a set of starter supplies at your home when you arrive: a roll of toilet paper for each bathroom, dishwashing soap, and shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand soap for the bathrooms. For longer vacations, please plan to bring your favorite brands with you. Sheets & bath towels are included with every reservation. Housekeeping places freshly laundered linens in the home before every arrival and will collect any used linens after you depart.
LOCAL & LOVING IT We are here to help! Our office is right at the entrance to Pirates Beach and is open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. every day. Our Property Services team is available for guests 24/7, so be sure to call us if there’s anything you need!

We had a wonderful time in this beach house that had everything we needed to celebrate my birthday. It was a very short walk down a path to the private beach where we set up a canopy & chairs to enjoy the sunshine. All 6 beds were very comfy. We loved the deck with porch swing to relax watching the sunset (aimed to see sunrise too but the beds were so comfy we didn't make it up that early!) So happy we found this beach house.
We checked in after dark on a Saturday. The first thing we noticed was the uncleanliness. The master bedroom has wall to wall mirror for a headboard. It had visible dust and what appeared to be a palm or face print on it. The master bath sink did not drain. The main bath did not have toilet paper (thankfully we brought extra) , the kitchen had baked potates from former tenant still in oven, the kitchen sink had a dog hair on faucet, thrle front door had one shattered blind and one completely missing blind which meant no privacy. The chair on front deck was broken and almost fell over when sat on, the master bedroom had peeling chuncks of paint coming off wall, the bathroom light did not work but the ventfan did, the plug ins by sink did not work, but lights over sink did, the lights over the reading chairs did not work, one of the ceiling fans did not work ,there was very thick dust on bedroom ceiling fan, the dishes had crusty food on them, so we washed dishes before using them, the dishwashersmelled stagnant, but the water smelled funny from tap so we only used the filtered water through the ice maker, until the icemaker said the filter needs replaced. We called on monday to get the filter replaced, they sent a repair person who looked and said he would be back tuesday with part. Never saw him again. Coworker noted cockroaches in 2nd bathroom. The RSVP touts a king sized bed in master, it was a queen, it touts a queen size in 2ND room, it was full size, yes i measured.
Sand N Sea was great to work with. Slept great in the bedroom and the shower is awesome. The house smelled bad when we got there but it was fish in the disposal and it cleared out that day. There were some small bugs in the house that resembled baby cockroaches but they flew! I was not a fan of the bugs as we had our suitcase on the floor and a few got in. Definitely needs a little pest control. The deck is awesome and downstairs the space was great. Grill worked well too. Some of the serving stuff could be updated but we made do. Best part of the house is the easy access to the beach. It’s only one house down towards the empty lot. Awesome!
