This property is fabulous, it hold our entire group comforatbly and provides all the needs for such a large house. Great kitchen, full of every need to cook. Perfect size refrigerator for all the food needs for a home so big. Very well maintained and so nice!

Easy access to a low crowd beach. House allows people to spread out. Sue has stocked the house with all gear necessary (from kitchen gear to beach gear.) checked all the boxes.

Five Families on Spring Break

My family of 5 stayed here with 4 other families, so we had a total of 10 adults, 4 teens and about a dozen more children and everyone loved it. More than enough space for everyone, the kids loved the pool, and the roof top bar was amazing. Also the accessibility of the place was great, as I had an accident 5 weeks prior to our trip and had a broken ankle so getting around on the knee scooter was no problem, except for the roof top bar where I had my crutches and plenty of help to make sure I didn’t fall. The only thing that could be better would be more refrigerator space for how many people the house can hold, such as putting an additional one on the second floor.

Extended family reunion

Our group was made up of three generations of a family. There were 26 of us, 19 adults and seven children. We were thrilled with the accommodations as they fit our party very well. We also loved being able to walk to the beach so easily and enjoyed the golf cart just for fun outings. Having our beach chairs and umbrellas set up was also a great perk. The size of the rooms and the number of outdoor spaces as well as several living areas were conducive to movies, game night, or sitting on the sofa in a smaller area and just reading. We would definitely come again!

DREAM HOUSE

This place was incredible! We enjoyed our long weekend with friends and family here. PLENTY of room for everyone. Quick beach access to a private beach. Theres an extra bunk room that’s not listed in photos online! We expected it to have some cleaning supplies in the kitchen (trash bags, counter spray, etc) and had to buy our own after arrival but other than that 12/10!

Lovely house

This is a nice house for a large group and an easy walk to the beach. The house easily accommodated our group of 20. The runoff from the lake dumped into the ocean and created a little off color brown in the ocean for most of our stay. It was clean but had the appearance that it was not clean.

Great Gathering Space

This grand house offered many spaces for our large group to spend time together whether it was the roof top bar, kitchen/living room, or outdoor pool space. The pool heater was broken and we were unable to use it but other than that we had a flawless week. Plenty of space to park cars and unpack our bikes. Location was also perfect for our group.

Family Vacation/Reunion

A luxury of space for a family of 25! Home is tastefully decorated and kitchen is equipped better than most vacation rentals. Starting to see wear and tear on one of the dishwashers and elevator. Overall, the property exceeded our family's expectations as it should considering the rental amount.

Beautiful home for lots of family to spread out! Sleep 27+

Beautiful home for lots of family to spread out, if a mishap popped up during the day, we emailed the concierge, and it was taken care within 24 hours. The private beach was unbelievably close, 60 second walk! You didn’t even leave the gated community! This house will will spoil you with the rooftop bar and many different gathering areas. We had a habachi come to the house for 20 and it was superb! Kenji hibachi with Chef Adam Kness🏝️. Pool and hottub were spot on for vacation.

Sorority Pledge Class Reunion

What a beautiful house! Our pledge class from Oklahoma State enjoyed a fabulous long weekend at this wonderful property! It easily accommodated all 23 of us with room to spare! We absolutely loved the huge kitchen and the two dining tables for all of our meals there. Loved the fact that there was also a separate ice maker. The pool was heated to a great temperature for those wishing to use it. We appreciated the elevator to get all of our groceries up to the 3rd floor kitchen area. We also loved the large deck for group activities in the evenings. We also used the bicycles and the 6-person golf cart that came with the house! There were plenty of towels and paper towels and toilet paper provided for the entire 3 day weekend. It would have been nice to know there was both a Keurig type and regular coffee maker there. (we would have brought filters). We were told by the property manager that there was only a Keurig. Also, the property could have provided more kitchen towels/dishrags to use. Overall, this was a great property and a wonderful experience. We are hoping to return in a few years and would like to rent the same home. It was perfect for a large group!

Bachelorette dream

This house was simply unreal. We had the time of our lives here and had plenty of space to feel comfortable and not crowded. The 360 blue team were incredible easy to communicate with throughout the process. My only complaint would be the pool heating. We paid additional money per day to have the pool heated to 83 degrees. The pool was set at over 90 degrees the entirety of the weekend and was pretty much uncomfortable to be in past our knees. If you plan on hearing the pool I would make sure they get the temperature right!

It was pretty much perfect!!!

We loved the space!!! Beautiful, wonderful amenities, so much space! Very clean! Steps from the beach- we'll be back! We did have an issues with the a/c in the kitchen and workers came several times but it never seemed to be totally fixed but it was nice outside so we let the fresh air in. It would have helped also to have access to the elevator- not sure if guests are ever allowed to use it or if it was just broken but with needing food for 30 people, and a 3rd floor kitchen, the elevator would have helped. Small issues in the grand scheme of an incredible weekend!! We will for sure be back!!

A great home for a large family gathering

The house is absolutely beautiful. It can accommodate 30+ people but we had 19 and so every one had enough space. The house is literally couple minutes walk to the beach. We enjoyed many beautiful walks on the beach. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids and roof top bar was a nice place to hang out for adults. All the beds were very comfortable. A few things I would recommend for the management for future would be 1) a better way to control hot tub and pool temperature. Both were set at 80 some degrees which was not hot enough for the hot tub. 2) The kitchen had plenty of dishes but the cookware definitely needed to be updated. We are a family of cooks and had planned a whole thanksgiving 10 course meal. Most of it went without a hitch. 3) The double dishwashers and double ovens were a must but they seem to have been well used and could use an update. We enjoyed this house thoroughly. After two years of not being able to see everyone - it was the perfect house for a get together. I would definitely recommend this house to everyone and a five star property for sure.

Mislabeled amenities

We were contacted 30 minutes prior to check in to notify us the pool heat was out and the hot tub wasn’t in working condition. Some of our guests found bugs all over their rooms. One unlucky girl woke up to cockroaches crawling on her. I contacted the property management company just to be blown off.
